I visited your restaurant today with a friend for a nice catch-up. We ordered coffee along with corn and spinach sandwiches, and a rainbow croissant. Unfortunately, the croissant was very hard and tasted stale. We requested a replacement, but the staff denied it. It was quite disappointing, especially considering the otherwise pleasant visit. Hope binge take this in consideration.

I went to pick up a cake at the Kailash Colony outlet. I was suggested to pick up the honey almond dry cake 500 gm by the staff as a pre birthday celebration. The cake was horribly sweet so much so that it was inedible. I tried to take a second bite, it gave a sickening taste. On advising Rajan from the outlet that the cake was crappy, he said that he will get the cake picked up from my place and give a resolution. He repeatedly said that this is how it is made and can’t be the fault of the chef. It has been 5 days that the cake has not been picked up. NEVER BUY ANY CAKES FROM BINGE. They never admit to their fault for baking such crappy cakes and disappear after promising a resolution, but the resolution never comes. STAY AWAY FROM BINGE. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Earlier This Place was Good, Now Not Maintained, AC doesn't works at all in Summers seeing this from past 3years. this place is more like dead place. they have been just increasing Prices but No Service, No Good Food, Very Unhygienic and Unhealthy food, Cakes. They don't even have a good Manager.
