We had requested for iced caramel frappe. Instead of letting us know it was not available, they first served cold coffee. When I said we had been served an incorrect order, they replaced it saying that it was iced caramel frappe. When the bill came, it was mentioned as cold coffee with customisation. So, what is worrisome is that a product is being served without being transparent to the customer about what they are consuming. We could have easily chosen a different product if unavailability had been communicated to us.

Binge Cafe | Terrific place | Providing Rotten cakes | Not refunding | Want me to deliver the rotten cake back to their cafe again. Bough these cakes Saturday 26 Feb 2022 at 1:30 PM for my family, Inlaws. They all complained to me that the cakes are rotten and smelled bad. They threw theirs. The embarrassment was pretty bad. And I found fungus on mine. Contacted them by telling them I won't eat these shitty cakes please refund the amount to me. They said fine. Now today talked to the same person he is saying "Sir, we will refund only for the cakes which have fungus visible on them". I don't understand how they can expect me or my family to eat this crap. Just want to bring to the notice of people who order from this place to avoid it. It's a serious health hazard at a premium cost. Attaching images for reference. #health #guragon #bingebakey

We have been a customer of this binge outlet since 2016, but had no idea how it will get so degraded with time. We went with our kid for dinner there . The service was extremely sad. There was only 1 server who was constantly on his phone . So neglect-ant that he didn’t inform us that the lasagna plate is burning hot and he served on our table where a 3 year old kid was sitting . My spouse touched that plate and burnt his hand badly. The overall response was miserable from entire team’s end. We didn’t expect this . Also they didn’t bother to serve proper cutlery, they seemed very dis interested in attending any customers . All they wanted was to finish the duty hours and shut the outlet. Will never visit again.

The service and delivery is so poor staff is not informed about the correct information they don’t pick up the call neither they provide the correct Information request everyone not to order from this place especially when you have some senior guest in your office I had a horrible experience with them for ordering food and they didn’t turn up on time .

… pls check before take bite anything from this outlet….. I purchased cake and found lots of little grubs in the cake while eating …. I complained for the same …. Even the manager is not ready for the sampling….. i never ate cake after this incident.

The chicken club sandwich was stale and the chicken was spoiled. We tried to send back the sandwich, but the chef refused that the chicken was stale. They did not even offer to make a fresh sandwich. Let alone replace the dish. Do not expect good service here

Terrible experience. Food was served after a wait of 45 mins with high salt content. Shortage of staff. Store manager , Parveen,not available both at the store or on call. Understaffed

Restaurant is closed at 10:18 pm. It is not open till 11:00 pm as the info says. Kindly change either of the things. Very unprofessional behaviour!
