Had a great experience at Birch by Romeo Lane Noida. A special shoutout to Mohit for his exceptional service throughout our visit. He was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was served on time while checking in regularly to ensure we were comfortable. We ordered the BBQ Pizza, Dimsums, and Pasta, and all three dishes were delicious. The BBQ pizza had a perfect balance of flavors, the dimsums were fresh and well-prepared, and the pasta was creamy and satisfying. The food quality, presentation, and overall dining experience were excellent. Mohit’s hospitality truly elevated the experience. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Beautiful vibe. The lighting of the place is amazing, and if you sit inside, eventhough the music is loud, one can easily talk. We ordered Mezze platter (above average) and dimsums (very nice). A little pricey, but the vibe of the place makes jt worth it.

Despite an elaborate menu they had just 1 beer, Corona. No pilsner, no lager, no wheat beer, no draught beer. Many of these beer companies offer 50% discount if the restaurant offers only their brand. Birch is shamelessly doing that while still charging you premium price. Dont be fooled by the hype. Just an ambience does not make for an exceptional experience. Some of the best restaurants in Delhi are still so basic in layout and yet always filled due to quality. Some of them do this just to keep those wannabes away. My earnest advice is to stay away from Birch.

The service is pathetic. This was my third visit but what a downfall. They are short staffed. They just cater to VIP tables. It takes them 50minutes to get a grilled chicken. You had to remind them twice to get a menu card on the table. They are unapologetic and no accountability. They were more concerned about the screenshot of the payment done rather than trying to solve the concern.

Their staff is extremely indifferent, despite us having made a reservation we were seated at a make shift table. They had us standing for 10min before they arranged chairs, each of which was extremely spotted. There is no point making a reservation, they don't cater or bother themselves with such things.
