Today I visited this outlet and they displayed combo meals. But disappointing is the order taker said that there is no combo available and if I want to order I can order separately. So why there was a display if the chosen item is unavailable. I guess it just to make a bit more money and pinch the customers pockets. Ordered Lucknowi Biryani Boneless and the taste was good. It mentioned 03 pieces but got 2 big pieces and when I asked them they were like the pieces are big. Again display shows 03, but got 02. I don’t know who is the begger here.

The guy at the counter needs to be sensitized on how to deal with customers. He curtly refused to take an order saying it will take 25 minutes as they have received a large online order. I am surprised a restaurant of the scale of Biryani Blues can't handle large online orders such that they stop serving customers who reach the food court.

Biryani is like pulao. No taste like biryani blues. Worst taste and worst quality. We have order 2 different biryanis . None was good. Left both.
