The food was good. Ordered pasta and honey chilli potato. Pasta was tasty but too oily. Honey chilli potato was too good. Vibe was good- not too crowded.

I visited this place for the first time with a friend, based on the positive reviews I had seen on Zomato. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not live up to my expectations. The service, food, and drinks were all fairly average and did not justify the ratings I had come across. Additionally, I found the dishes to be significantly overpriced for the quality, taste, and overall experience being offered. While the ambiance may appeal to some, I felt there was a noticeable gap between the pricing and the value delivered.

A very interesting and hopefully once in lifetime experience I had at bizou bizou Aerocity outlet, me along with my friends and our two little kids wanted to go to this restaurant. We talked to the steward at the entrance for a table for 5 and 2 kids which we booked it on prior notice. So the guy at the entry podium took us in and started searching for suitable table. However, we were stopped by another stewardess at the door of the restaurant with a statement that kids are not allowed in this restaurant. Any other we would have not minded it as some places don’t allow kids which is fine however here at this god forsaken damned restaurant there already few kids inside with their respective parents enjoying and dancing, they were welcomed but not us. And that stewardess went away very unapologetically outside and closed the door on our faces. By this point we also didn’t want to go to some place where our children were not allowed. I would have thought if our kids were previously making any ruckus they saw it and precautionary they stopped us but no our kids are small of 1.5 and 2.5 ages who just sit in their strollers and high chairs and nothing apart from it. God knows what they wish for but they are definitely not on my and my friends and families wish list any more.

The food was average, service was pathetic, we had to look for the waiter for a min 15 mins before anyone came by our table, they forgot to place the order in the kitchen twice for 2 of your dishes at different occasions. The manage was still good he apologised and gave one dish complementary.

I paid wrongly to Bizou Bizou, I actually dined at Kylin. And now have been requesting Zomato for refund since last 2 days !! Even spoke to Bizou Bizou, they just disconnected the call !!

The drink options in Menu were not all available. the seating was quite uncomfortable. People were being served hookah, causing excessive smoke.
