Stopped by today and was blown away by the cozy interiors and calm atmosphere. The coffee was brewed to perfection — tried the Flat White, and it was smooth and balanced! ☕

Visited with friends and ended up spending hours here. The ambience is peaceful, and the music selection is perfect for unwinding. The Hazelnut Latte was just wow!

What a lovely café! Tried their Avocado Toast and Caramel Cold Coffee — both were amazing. The flavors felt fresh and wholesome. Definitely coming back.

Absolutely love how aesthetic this café is! Every corner is picture-perfect. The French Croissant was flaky — a total must-try.

I recently visited Firenze at Bloom after hearing a lot about it, but was left disappointed. The gelato was decent, nothing exceptional. What really bothered me however, was the lack of hygiene, the staff member serving the gelato was not wearing gloves and used his bare hands to add toppings which is super unhygienic to say the least. Not something one would expect from a “premium” gelato place. I hope the management looks into this to improve standards.

I have ordered desserts thrice . Once a tiramisu, once almond tres leches and once i did a takeaway of pistachio tiramisu. The last two times there was extreme sourness in the desserts..and i had to throw it away

Trust me, this was one of the most disappointing café experiences I've had in a long time. I tried the gelato, lemon blueberry cake, and Vietnamese coffee, and honestly, none of them lived up to the hype. The gelato wasn't really gelato at all. It tasted more like regular ice cream loaded with an excessive amount of sugar. The sweetness completely overpowered any actual flavor. The lemon blueberry cake was even more disappointing. The cake tasted stale, the sponge was dry, and the blueberries had turned sour in a way that didn't feel intentional. What bothered me most was the cream on top — it had a slightly off smell that made me stop eating after a few bites. The Vietnamese coffee was another letdown. Instead of the rich, strong flavor you'd expect, it tasted like an overly sweet cold coffee filled with ice. There was nothing about it that reminded me of authentic Vietnamese coffee. What makes this worse is the pricing. Paying close to ₹400 for each item, I expected much better quality and freshness. Instead, it felt like I was paying for the Instagram hype rather than the food itself. After this experience, all those glowing Instagram posts and ads feel heavily influenced rather than genuine. Sadly, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to others.
