if you like the review, please follow One of the best breakfast buffet in town, a lot has to be said about the place. 1. Food - Non veg - this is a heaven for people who love cold cuts. BACON, HAM, SALAMI and the best of all SMOKED CHICKEN. never in my life, I have ever had this good smoked chicken. They mentioned they smoke it themselves. The Mutton cutlet was good. There is a live egg counter. Fish in black bean sauce and noodles were good. It had all the veg breakfast staples like poha, idle, live dosa counter, Puri chole, Parathe etc. Sweets and bakery items were amazing like cinnamon roll, tarts, croissant, cakes and pastries. There was a spread of cheese, bread and salad preset there too. 2. Amazing ambience, service and hygiene All in all an amazing experience, it is bit on the expensive side but Imo worth a try.

Updating my review 🧿 after spending full three days and providing my initial feedback to management🥰. Chef addressed our concerns with kids food in best manner and my kids were happy at receiving end.💝 Service: Still need better communication and more polite from all. There was a definite disconnect between the teams. Food: After our initial feedback, our concerns were addressed and everything we had was good 👍. Dear Eros management, thanks for listening to our feedback and making things pleasant and delightful.❤️😍

The best people and food I enjoyed here in Delhi at Blooms Restaurant at Eros Hotel. Ms. Deepanshi extended a warm welcome and helped seving their best cuisine experience. The morning Masala Tea is the best part to mention. All staff members particularly Ms. Deepanshi, Mr. Pradeep, Mr. Chayan are awesome people in this hospitality profession. Enjoyed my stay and food. A must visit place.

This place makes me feel like home with its home like simple recipes and variety in buffet. Staff is extremely courteous and makes sure everything is perfect. My favourite part of their meal is definitely their wide range of dessert though I am not a huge dessert fan.

There’s something about Delhi in August that just makes you want to stay indoors. The humidity hangs in the air like a thick, wet blanket, and the monsoon, which should be a welcome respite, often feels more like an inconvenience. But as a professional eater, you can’t just hibernate. The call of a good meal is a siren song I find impossible to resist. So, when I heard that the Eros Hotel was hosting a Rajasthani Food Festival at their restaurant, Blooms, I knew I had to make the trip. I have a soft spot for Rajasthani food. It's a cuisine born of necessity—hearty, robust, and designed to withstand the harsh desert climate. This isn't food that needs to be fussy or complicated; it's about big, bold flavors that hit you right in the gut and warm your soul. As soon as I stepped into Blooms, it was clear that the team at Eros understood this. The place was decked out in folk art, and there was a puppet show happening in a corner, which I found wonderfully charming. It’s a bit of a cliché, I know, but it worked. It set the stage for what was to come. Chef Diwas Wadhera, a man who clearly knows his way around a Rajasthani kitchen, was at the helm. I started with a kadi kachori, a dish that I’ve had many times before, but this one was something else. The kachori was flaky and crisp, and the kadi—tangy, spiced just right, and utterly delicious—made for a perfect marriage. This was followed by the quintessential dal bhati churma. The bhati was perfectly baked, and when I crushed it with my hand and poured the dal over it, I was transported. The churma, a sweet concoction of wheat, jaggery, and ghee, was the perfect finish to the main course. It's a simple dish, really, but when it's done well, it's a triumph. The festival runs from August 21st to August 30th. If you find yourself in Delhi and want a break from the monsoon blues, I highly recommend a visit. It's a culinary journey that’s well worth the trip. There are countless restaurants in Delhi these days trying to do something new and different, but there’s a lot to be said for a place that simply does the classics well. And at the Rajasthani Food Festival at Blooms, they do the classics very, very well.

The buffet was nice, lavish and well laid out but won’t call it value for money. Some things in the buffet were not the freshest. The dinner rolls were nice. Skip the lasagna and the fish. The hummus was solid. The basic cold cuts, cocktail shrimps and such stuff was done nicely but the fish wasn’t as good as it should have been. The ambience is nice and if you visit for a brunch then the whole room looks so airy and well lit by sunlight and sunshine.

Tastless food and worst service ever!! tried their lunch buffet and only liked dahi bhalla and veg sushi mutton yakhni was extremely spicy and not at all tasted like mutton yakhni mutton lababdar was just creamy, butter chicken was OK. I had to wait and gave 3 reminders for bread. dessert options and taste was fine, will not recommend and come again. Thank you and please improve.
