This is the second time I ordered this wrap because the first time it was delicious. But oh boy this time it was almost inedible. The blue tokai at panchsheel has sent stale roti and stale chips with tasteless mushrooms in the middle of the afternoon. Please read the bad reviews here blue tokai and fix your issues.

Coffee blend used in affogato didn't capture the description of this beverage; taste was off. Had to get Peanut Butter Brownie Shake changed because it was utterly dud and warm. The server, however, was sweet enough to change without making any fuss. Also, service charge being voluntary can't be imposed on customer; same was added to my bill without seeking my permission. Overall, as you enter the café, it gives a dull vibe unlike the other outlets like one in Saidulajab or Bahrisons bookstore, Saket.

Absolutely not worth it. The air conditioners don’t work. There are flies and mosquitoes buzzing all over the place. The staff is discourteous to the point of being downright rude. For one thing, I had to ask three times before someone came to take my order. The coffee is genuinely good but nothing is worth the terrible ambience or the inattentive service.

Pathetic staff. They don't even attend you. Yesterday it was raining, when I went there they didn't even bother to help my finding a table. They could have easily arranged a atleast a chair for me (as I asked) but they didn't and I had to come back. Although I love the coffe of blue tokai, I will never go any of their outlet again.

We have been coming here for ages with our pet dog and today after 15 minutes of sitting we were told that pets are not allowed anymore because of some policy change! Quite disappointing blue tokai!!! In a world that’s increasingly becoming accepting of pets, a very sad move on your part!

Hi I have ordered by coffee today but t my utmost shock see the quantity received. Your coffee is quite expensive and since I being a well wisher for your brand would really tell you to keep a strict check on this.

Coffee just not the way a blue tokai coffee tastes. Service is extremely slow. Extremely disappointed with service and coffee taste
