Blue Tokai has really deteriorated and this branch is proof. The use of syrup based ice teas etc at those price points is criminal. The cascara was drowning in a saccharine hibiscus syrup that you can't afford to mix, else the whole thing becomes too sweet to drink, so you end up wasting a good third. Had a bad croissant here for the first time. The filling made me wonder if it was stale, and the pastry was way too sweet for a savoury croissant. And there's a cat that keeps entering, the staff don't even bother removing him unless specifically asked to. Makes one wonder about the hygiene. Didn't get a bill till i specifically asked for it.

AC doesnt work. Apparently the AC meant for customers is supposed to be the aircutter. It is your crime to sir in front of the counter
