The restaurant was overpriced and the food was nothing much to write about (very small portions for the price). There was just one more family dining at the time of our visit (even though it was Sunday afternoon). The waiters were courteous, but a bit blank. Air conditioning was not up to the mark (left me feeling slightly sweaty). i wouldn't go there again.

They were having some party, uh, on the ground floor, so they made us sit on the first floor first becau-- which was very dingy and isolated and also a bit dirty. Then we ended up moving to the, uh, downward floor, and they messed up our order multiple times. The vibes were very off. And, even the drinks that we ordered, we felt like we were getting cheated because of the huge size of the ice cube. underwhelming experience, will not recommend

The food was pathetic, weird tasting. Had 2-3 bites of a chicken appetiser and just left it as is because it was that bad; dont like wasting food but had no choice. The only decent thing was the service, also this is the old Shanghai restaurant which has now been named Bonzai thats all ! At least earlier the food was good. Would never come back!

I wish there was an option to give 0 star the food was absolutely pathetic, not edible at all, please dont waste your appetite, time or money on such bad food, no wonder the entire restaurant was completely empty even at 9:30 pm, literally I was the only person eating at that restaurant
