The food was good, but, uh, they have applied, uh, charges for a glass as well if we are using. But that means if you are using their utensil that, uh, they are charging for that also. So that I think was not good there

Okayish ambience and desi vibe. Food is average. Too hot as there are limited fans.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bora Bora for my birthday eve celebration. Before making the booking, I was in regular contact with Mr. Deepak Bist for nearly 7 to 10 days regarding a specific table that I wanted for my event. Throughout our conversations, I was repeatedly assured that the table would be reserved for me. Based on these assurances, I proceeded with the booking and paid the advance amount. However, on the day of the event, despite the multiple promises made over several days, I was informed at the last moment that the promised table would not be provided. This put me in a very difficult situation, especially since it was my birthday celebration and guests had already arrived. What made the experience even worse was that the alternative table allocated to us was one of the most chaotic and inconvenient tables in the venue. Instead of enjoying my birthday with friends and family, I spent a significant part of the evening coordinating with the staff and trying to resolve a situation that should never have occurred in the first place. Additionally, the prepaid amount that had been discussed was not adjusted properly, which added to the frustration. The most disappointing aspect was not the table itself, but the lack of transparency and the failure to honor repeated commitments. Had I been informed in advance that the table was unavailable, I could have made an informed decision or explored other options. Instead, I was left dealing with unnecessary stress on an occasion that was meant to be special. A birthday celebration happens once a year. Unfortunately, due to poor communication, broken promises, and poor event handling, what should have been a memorable evening became a stressful experience. I hope the management takes customer commitments more seriously in the future so that others do not have to go through a similar experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Bora Bora, Gurgaon. I visited the restaurant about a week ago. When I entered, no one stopped me or informed me about any dress code. After I was already inside, the staff told me that slippers were not allowed and refused to let me continue. The most frustrating part is that there was no sign or notice outside the restaurant mentioning this policy. If you have a dress code, it should be clearly displayed at the entrance so customers know before they walk in. It is unfair and embarrassing to allow someone to enter first and then deny them because of their footwear. Good hospitality is about respecting customers and communicating policies clearly. This experience was unprofessional and left a very poor impression. I hope the management either displays the dress code prominently outside the restaurant or trains the staff to inform guests before they enter, so others don’t have to go through the same embarrassment.
