I ordered an iced Americano with an extra shot of espresso, since the Americano they serve is a single espresso. This one drink came out at 500 bucks (??). The real kicker - the coffee itself was a 3/10. Got a ham n cheese croissant which was v avg. Avoid, it’s neither a great bakery nor a good coffee joint.

The service is so, so bad. It's stunning. Incorrect orders served, lazy waiters, it's just an awful experience.

Horrible Pathetic service...and unresponsive when complained...have been a regular visitor and have been ignoring the lax behavior of the staff but now the manager is completely inefficient. He isnt willing to listen to any negative feedback and keeps saying its all fresh as if they can never go wrong. Very rude and infact threatening as he was giving very strange angry looks when i complained. It happened an year back when he completely disregarded the complaint but we overlooked which was a mistake. Please change your staff and get better responsive people. Not going back.

The coffee was good But the Greek salad had no feta cheese, the cucumbers were bitter and processed cheese was grated on top which the waiter claimed to be Parmesan. Later sprinkled some Parmesan on top. Disaster. Later asked us to order something else, I ordered a croissant which was okay but i was billed for the salad that i simply returned.

I ordered the date and walnut cake from Breads & More through Zomato - the walnuts smell and taste stale and no evidence of dates in the flavour. Using old nuts has totally spoilt the taste of the cake since they leave a bad taste. Not expected from them! Waste of money!

We ordered Pesto Pasta and the pesto sauce they gave did not looked and tasted fresh at all. Inspite of giving all the instructions, they didn’t follow them well and when we asked for some changes and customisation, they behaved unprofessionally!!

The service was super slow, the quantity of the cold coffee was too low, and they will not give you a handbag if you buy something for take away.
