I have had a chance to try a variety of coffees that they have to offer and u must say that they did not disappoint. My favourites here are their iced mocha, holiday spiced latte which was a lovely surprise, and their vanilla cinnamon iced latte. What did not work for me was their hot Spanish latte which was sickly sweet, and their iced chocolate was very weak. Their vanilla mousselline and mixed berry bomboloni was again weak and was not worth the price that I had to pay for it. But the star of the show in their desserts that I have tried was their Swedish cardamom bun which is an absolute favourite of mine and a very good innovative take on a traditional cinnamon bun which you can easily get anywhere. But I am HOOKED to their Swedish cardamom bun. Absolutely delectable!

The seating was comfortable, and the space was well-organized, offering both privacy and a pleasant openness. Soft background music added to the overall charm without being overpowering. Definitely a great spot for a peaceful meal with friends or a romantic dinner. Highly recommend!"

Smooth coffee offset by milk and sweet creamy mascarpone cream, what else could you want in a drink? Was so good that I got one to go as well. Their hot chocolate 50% is also really nice, not overtly sweet but indulgent. Overall a cute cafe with sweet service staff.

So, Brims is a very small space. I wish it was little ventilated , as it felt a little suffocated. The coffee they offer tasted amazing. We ordered - Tiramisu coffee and Americano , both tasted just perfect. Then we ordered a Croissant sandwich, which was average. Totally going back for the coffees !

A cozy place with minimalist basic interiors. There isn’t much to the interiors and that’s kinda okay because cafes are much more than that. Anyway the U.S.P of the place is coffee and desserts. Specifying my recommendations: 1. Chocolate Bombolini is mouthwatering good. When it’s fresh it’s washed down in few bites that’s how good it is. Simply delicious that you can’t even try to attempt eating it elegantly. 2. The Hazelnut Brownie cheesecake is decadent- just decadent- there isn’t much cheesecake it’s mostly brownies but it’s so delicious. 3. The Eclairs both are delicious and creatively done. The Belgian chocolate and white chocolate eclairs both are delicious in their own way but many times they have served me stale eclairs that just taste average. Eclairs taste better when they are fresh. 4. Pistachio croissant and pecan croissant were alright. Won’t call it excellent or mind-blowing but definitely good picks. Things to avoid- 1. Tiramisu bun- it’s just amul cream whipped with cocoa powder and coffee and dusted over a bun. No mascarpone or decadent cheese in the tiramisu bun. 2. Pistachio coconut brownie- There isn’t much pistachio- only coconut and drizzle of some nuts and instead of using real coconut they use a flavouring of some sort that isn’t tasty. 3. Chicken puffette- it’s like an open puff topped with chicken and other seasonings. It isn’t something that I’ll order again. Pretty basic. 4. Tiramisu latte- nothing special about it, it’s basic but you can try for a change. 5. Chocolate salted caramel tart- absolutely avoid. They need to work and up the taste game. 6. Spicy Korean bun- it was absolutely disgusting with the taste of Amul cheese spread and no real cheese like mozzarella or cheddar inside of it.

Their coffees are generally good.. I’ve had their Matcha, Vietnamese (on repeat!), and Vanilla cinnamon.. there were little issues but nothing major.. However, when I ordered their Latte Supremo today and it turned out to be a disaster..: the milk felt like it had curdled or something as it had these little white specs.. or maybe the hot coffee was added to the cold milk and iced later.. that also results in this issue but the taste was terrible.. u couldn’t finish it 😕… I order from this place a few times a week.. such a disappointment!

Average experience. I wanted to visit his place since long and after reading good reviews on coffee , i visited BRIMS' new branch i.e. Kailash Colony and it was disappointing. Disorganized, tables and chair were just anywhere, feels like a cyber cafe, weird smell , under maintenance broken washroom. Had ordered 1. Tiramisu Latte ( rated best seller) - it was average. 2. Ordered a standard cold coffee - Way too below standard. 3. Ordered a chilli cheese korean bun - It was 4/5 and 4. A chicken pizzalett puff ( photo attached) : It was so terrible and undercooked , couldnt take more than a bite. The kailash colony branch needs major attention. This is not as the defence colony branch.

Mosquitoes and insects all around the table, no cleanliness. They couldn’t even get a matcha right, the worst matcha I have ever had. Dont fall for the hype.
