We recently visited Broadway at Radisson Blu Faridabad for a buffet dinner with family, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. The variety in the buffet was impressive, the food tasted great, and everything was served fresh and well-prepared. What made the evening even more delightful was the service. A special shoutout to Ruma, who was extremely courteous, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout. Her warm and thoughtful service added a personal touch to the whole experience. Overall, it was a great evening with delicious food at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-friendly dining experience with excellent hospitality.

Security guards ask for money/ tip for service while waiting for valet parking, even before the valet driver brings the car, although the valet driver is the one who deserves the tip.

Horrible service. Had to ask for water, refill of water, plates to serve the dish. Ordered fish and chips- fish was dry and a little burnt. Mushroom soup was ok. Tiramisu was average. Underwhelmed Below expectations despite paying a premium price

Radisson Buffet – A 5-Star Scam in the Name of Dining ⭐☆☆☆☆ If Radisson calls this a 5-star experience, then honestly, roadside thelas deserve Michelin stars. Last night’s dinner was an absolute disaster — a perfect example of how to charge ₹3000 per person for food and service that wouldn’t even pass at a college canteen. Service? Non-existent. Forget “hospitality,” we couldn’t even find basic cutlery. Plates, spoons, glasses — all missing like they were luxury items. Tables weren’t cleared for ages, requests were ignored, and when we did ask for something, it either never came or arrived long after we had finished eating. Imagine paying 5-star rates and eating biryani without curd, papad, or salad because the staff simply didn’t care. Food? A joke. Half-cooked dishes, over-salted items, and flavors so off-balance it felt like no chef had even tasted them before putting them out. The crown jewel of this disaster was their pineapple cake — stale, foul-smelling, and so rancid that it gave me a headache. It genuinely tasted like petrol or diesel. Serving stale food in a 5-star hotel isn’t just careless — it’s dangerous. Management? Arrogant and dismissive. When we flagged the cake issue, the chef had the audacity to say, “I had it and it tastes fine.” The manager brushed it off with, “maybe the pineapple was overcooked.” Instead of owning up and pulling the cake from the counter, they made it seem like we were lying. This wasn’t feedback handling, this was gaslighting — and at its worst. Value for Money? Non-existent. With taxes and charges, the buffet easily crosses ₹3000 per person. For what? Stale desserts, half-cooked food, missing cutlery, and arrogance dressed as service. Honestly, I would’ve had a cleaner, tastier, and more honest meal at a ₹400 roadside thela — at least there, the vendor doesn’t pretend to be a luxury brand. Final Word: Radisson, you’ve turned your “5-star” badge into a mockery. Food was pathetic, service was laughable, hygiene was questionable, and the management’s attitude was insulting. This wasn’t dining, it was daylight robbery dressed in chandeliers and white plates. If this is what you call fine dining, then I’d rather eat at a dhaba — at least there, they serve food with honesty, not manipulation.

The drinks were extremely disappointing—overpriced and excessively sweet, more like juice than proper alcoholic beverages. Additionally, the manager repeatedly asked about the discount percentage offered through the District app, which felt unprofessional and inappropriate. This should be reviewed with the restaurant management to confirm if such behavior is actually encouraged. There was also a mandatory service charge added to the bill, which was not appreciated. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The place is good The food they serve is very nice…has a vast buffet spread in compared to other 5 stars in the vicinity but their staff doesn’t know hospitality at all specially the server named Monica, she is so rude and doesn’t understand basics at all It was my birthday and was spoiled by her

The pizza and pasta were just not worth the visit. Expected more from a restaurant at Radisson Hotels.
