Found this super cute and Pinterest-worthy café in Janakpuri BRUCHA Café. It’s an open-air spot under the trees with cozy corners and great vibes. Perfect for coffee lovers — from classic brews to fun, adventurous ones. The food is okayish here. Aesthetic, budget-friendly, and totally worth visiting.

We group of friends and I are regular coffee enthusiasts, but unfortunately, both Barista and Blue Tokai have temporarily closed their stores in our area. We were looking for a new go-to coffee place, so we decided to try Burcha. Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. To start, the service was subpar, and there was no seating available. The staff seemed nonchalant and didn't take our orders properly at the counter. It took them over half an hour just to prepare a single coffee frappe for takeaway. We also requested some minor customizations—like making the coffee stronger with less sweetness or ice—but were met with resistance. While big coffee brands are open to small adjustments to satisfy customer preferences, this small outlet didn’t seem interested in offering even the slightest level of customization. On top of that, nearby small outlets are actively seeking feedback, showing a customer-centric approach with room for improvement. Sadly, Burcha seemed indifferent to such practices. We have no plans to try their coffee ever again.
