*Buen Club's Management* in Qutub Hotel is Very Bad. disappointing experience working with this restaurant. The management is extremely unprofessional, and the manager shows little to no concern for staff welfare or basic workplace issues. The biggest problem is that the owner does not pay staff salaries on time and also service charges that rightfully belong to employees. This is completely unfair and unethical. Staff are left stressed and unsupported, despite working hard. Salary time is also very late to fix timing. Like to suggest staff never join them. Never join Buen. You won't get ur proper salary here. I would strongly advise others to think twice before working here or supporting this business until they start treating their employees fairly and paying them what they deserve. here i attached some pictures of management or restaurant..

I travelled all the way from Jaipur especially to visit Buen Delhi, and it turned out to be a complete disappointment. The place is unreasonably expensive for what it offers. The music was honestly terrible, and the staff was unbelievably rude. Even the manager behaved badly and kept forcing us to move from our spot again and again for no valid reason. Definitely not worth the hype or the money. If you still feel like spending that kind of amount, you’re better off giving it to someone who actually needs it. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

We bought tickets for this DJ’s showcase.. and we bought tickets in advance. The ticket said come by 9pm. We got there by 9 and the venue people said come in an hour. We did. And they said the artists isn’t here it’s not our fault. And we’re like even if he’s not here and is delayed, you can let us enter, and have drinks/food. Anyway we finally got in by 11:30pm and then it was so crowded there was no place to stand. So overall very shit

The staff is extremely uncourteous, if your booking is through zomato they will hesitate even to release a table despite of confirmed booking. The table had no cutlery, tissues or plates . After asking 100 times still we were not served properly. They denied serving regular water as well. Even 5 star hotels serve regular water this place was extremely hideous

I regret to say that the owner and the manager, standing at entry-level positions, acted in an unfair manner. They refused to let us in simply because we were from outside Delhi, but once our friend from Delhi arrived, they let him in immediately. I wouldn't recommend this place as they show clear favoritism and lack basic courtesy. Shame...!!

Pathetic service… & they made us forcefully pay the service charge. The manager Rishi was very unprofessional and rude and spoke in an insulting manner when we refused to pay the service charge. It’s a Supreme Court ruling and should be followed. Very unhappy with the service and congested vibe!

I was here for the event of son of son (A techno artist). I could not imagine this ever but my jacket got stolen. I have left my jacket on the seat of my table in many clubs but this has never been the case. The worst part is the management was not courteous enough to help with a cctv footage.

You will enjoy this place if you like arrogant and ignorant staff/ managers at the entrance who are clueless and useless with queries. And if you love bad overpriced food. And also if you want to be cheated on alcohol. 4 word summary review - Pretentious piece of shit.

staff was decent food was bad didn't get my beer for half an hour. when it came it was warm this is when I ordered at 10 pm....a total waste of time
