Absolutely delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish was cooked to perfection, and the ingredients tasted high quality. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. A wonderful dining experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Just loved the dal bukhara with pudina parantha.. its definitely worth all the hype and should be in bucket list of all foodies!

Honestly, I didn’t quite understand the hype until I tried the food! After tasting it, I could definitely understand the one-hour wait. The only reason for taking a star off is the long wait, even with a table booked in advance. The Indian flavours were absolutely incredible, and the chef clearly knows what he’s doing. I particularly loved the tandoori dishes. The Dal Bukhara, although their signature dish, didn’t impress me as much. The service was prompt and attentive once we were seated. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting if you’re exploring Delhi’s iconic Indian cuisine.

All good. Dal bukhara was great, the tandoori chicken was a bit dry. Although upon informing them they did say that their rendition is supposed to be dry. I would have preferred if they had informed earlier

I would say Dal Makhni was so hyped but in real it was not that exceptional

When did they start serving SWEET Dal Bukhara?! So bad Excellent - Naan Bukhara, Kulfi, & Fresh Lime Soda Good - Raan Sikandari Poor - Dal Bukhara (Completely different from what it used to be)

Dal bukhara was the only thing that I ordered along with some naan. The taste was quite simply average, the experience justified the price not taste

Pro: Washroom were clean Valet parking is a plus Chicken started were good Cons: 1. Service is slow, waited 30mins+ for starter and 15mins+ for the bill. Service does not justify the price. 2. Dal had less salt and wasn’t up to the mark. 3. Takes effort to get attention of the servers

Bukhara is a restaurant trading far more on its reputation than its food. You're paying for the name, not the dining experience. The fish and chicken starters are merely average, while the potato starter and paneer dishes are distinctly underwhelming. The naan is excellent, its still just naan. The seating is surprisingly cramped and uncomfortable for a restaurant charging premium prices. Perhaps the biggest disappointment is how dramatically reality falls short of the hype. The experience is a reminder that Delhi is full of restaurants serving better food at a fraction of the cost. Bukhara succeeds more as a monument to pretentious nostalgia and prestige than to exceptional cuisine. Thank you for an entirely average meal at decidedly extraordinary prices and showing me exactly how good I have it in Delhi in terms of quality food.

Dal Bukhara was no longer tasting sinful, secondly service wasn’t warm at all. The servers were just better than being rude
