Dal Bukhara was out of the world. Paneer tikka is such a common dish but it surprised me big time here. It was so succulent and full of pure ghee. Amazing

It was worth hype. We had their signature dish daal Bukhara. Loved it. Alam bread was okay. Apart from that all good. Despite full house the service was good.

Very average food, good for firangs, but underwhelming by far for Indians. service is good, but seating is very cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, the PR for this restaurant is far better than the product.

Being an avid foodie, wanted to visit this place for quite sometime. And might I say, I was quite disappointed with the food. Ordered the dal bukhara, mutton burra, sikandari raan and naan. The food came in cold and the biggest let down was the signature dish- dal bukhara. Tasted average and ive had better dal makhani in dhabas. Sikandari raan was just mutton put on the bone (quite tasteless and dry). Mutton burra was ok. Gave the same feedback to the server. My recommendation is to skip this place of good food is what you are looking for!

Extremely overrated dishes only matched by their vastly inflated price. The biggest letdown was their signature dish itself- dal bukhara- while using premium ingredients and equally good amount of butter, it fails to deliver in terms of flavour.

Review - negetive (minus zero) Kitna naaaaam sun ke, kitni expectations se gaye they but ……. I know my review won’t affect its so-called legendary status—I’m simply sharing our overall experience which was truly awful and what not. It feels more like a status symbol to eat here, because the food itself is truly bad, truly soulless in every little sense and I genuinely have no clue how this place is still running. A place like this wouldn’t survive a week outside of a five star setting. I can confidently verify that as a group, we’ve NEVER had such bad meal before. I’m sure even a roadside dhaba puts more soul and care into food preparation than what is being served here. Food - kastoori kebab, fish tikka , tandoori aloo were unbelievably DRY AND HARD. Had no taste whatsoever and without any kind of proper marination. Even drowning them in chutney couldn’t rescue them from being unbearably dry. Daaaaaaaal - As for the “legendary” dal bukhara, it was nothing more than sweet tomato puree with dal thrown into it. The texture itself was terrible—unbearable and unbelievably bad. Seating - so bloody uncomfortable and cramped that servers literally push your puffies just to clear dishes without being unapologetic. Staff - sir aapko to pata hi hoga yahaan haath se khaate hai lekin cutlery maangoge to de denge. Seriouslyyy??? Honestly, it would be better for their chefs—along with the entire food and beverage team—to take voluntary retirement than continue serving and providing food & service of this low-grade standard. There is absolutely nothing legendary about this place. An awful experience from start to finish—calling it disgusting would still be an understatement.

The food isn’t what it used to be.. The food, which is supposed to be the heart of Bukhara’s identity, didn’t live up to its iconic status. While the presentation stayed true to its rustic roots, the flavors lacked depth and balance. Some dishes were overly salty, others surprisingly bland—far from the rich, robust taste one associates with North Indian food. Worst being the dal makhni/ Bukhara has lost its charm and tastes just like any basic level Restro would serve . Sadly, this visit felt more like paying for nostalgia than for quality. Bukhara may have history and fame on its side, but in its current state, it falls short of delivering the excellence it is known for..

There is no system of reservation of table so the wait time was over two and a half hours…. the ambience is very average.. the food was cold and the signature dish .. dal bukhara was lacking in taste and lukewarm. Overall a disastrous experience!! Never again
