Went with family for dinner on a weekday and was amazed to see it packed even at 7:30 pm. We ordered Panner Tikka, Dal Bukhara, Butter Naan and Laccha Paratha along with some mocktails. The panner was very very soft and great texture. However the spice was little mild and could have been amped with little chilies. The Dal was good and creamy in texture but I don’t know what the craze is about. The breads were great, crisp to perfection. The mocktails were okay and could have been better. Overall a decent experience but the service is great.

Well! Bukhara just didn’t live upto even 2 stars in my honest opinion ! The primary reason was the food- kebabs were less than ordinary! The seekh kebab was hard and the malai tikka was lacking flavour. Dal Bukhara is overhyped: good but not the best by any means! Bharwa aloo was alright, decent , nothing special. The Nan Bukhara : known for its size was an absolute dampener! By the time we took a second helping breaking it was a task: it more pappad than a nan. It’s Nan Vanity and not worth ordering unless you have really strong teeth. U had left a note that the meal was a special meal for my son who is leaving for college and they did share a complimentary chocolate cake which was wonderful and very delectable ! The choice of the wordings on the cake were probably inappropriate to the occasion but I appreciate Bukharas gesture. Overall, the food was a 1/10 and the service mediocre to say the least. In a 5 star hotel if you have to remind the waiters more than once then it’s a self goal! If you have to splurge, and we jolly well did, and you want to have some good food and Service, then Bukhara is a great place to miss : they don’t tick either box!

Main waise to kisi jagah ka bura review dena pasand nahin karta, lekin jo experience iss restaurant mein hua, uske baad chup rehna bhi galat hota. Sabse pehle baat karun taste ki — bhai ek number bekaar. Jo dish order ki thi, usme na koi proper namak tha, na koi taste. Sab kuch aise laga jaise zabardasti bana ke rakh diya ho. Roti itni sookhi thi ke kaatne mein hi jaan nikal gayi, aur sabzi to aise lag rahi thi jaise kal ki bachi hui ho. Khane ka bilkul mann hi nahi hua. Ab service ki baat karun — bhai itni lazy aur careless service maine kisi bhi restaurant mein nahi dekhi. Teen baar bula kar paani manga, fir bhi aaye jaise koi favour kar rahe ho. Order dene ke baad 30 minute tak kuch nahi आया. Jab poocha to kehne lage "bus aa raha hai" — lekin kuch आया hi nahi time par. Safai ka to haal aur bhi bura tha. Table chipke hue, chairon par dust, aur washroom ka to haal hi mat poochho — andar ghusna bhi mushkil. Ek ache khaasay restaurant se yeh ummeed nahi thi. Jahan log khana khane aate hain, wahan kam se kam safai to basic cheez hoti hai. Aur bhai, jitna paisa le rahe hain us hisaab se na taste justify hota hai, na service. Sirf ambience ke naam par andhera aur ajeeb si lighting. Bilkul mood off ho gaya. Aakhri baat: Main kisi ko bhi recommend nahi karunga yeh jagah. Agar aap paisa barbaad karna chahte ho bina taste ke khane aur beizzati bhari service ke saath, tabhi jaana. Warna better jagah hain sheher mein. Rating: 1/5 ⭐

Ordered Dal Bukhara, Sikandari Raan, Butter Naan and Phirni. Food was good. Except the Phirni, which comes much better at a tenth of the price in Calcutta. Overall does not meet up to the hype and the hassle with reservations, and the price.

trust me on this. this place is not for north Indian taste buds. this place is for Americans and Europeans. too expensive 4k person bill is normal. non veg is extremely overhyped. Daal bukhara is okish, nothing great. this place is running because of legacy, AVOID. mocktails were good. overall super duper disappointment. 16k down the drain. ladakh bhavan non veg is 10X better at 1/10th rate.

The best time to visit a restaurant this busy is probably a weekday. We had read some of the recent reviews and were a bit unsure, but decided to go anyway. This was my second visit here and it was fantastic. We ordered Murg Malai Kababs to start, followed by Sikandari Raan, Daal Bukhara, and Pudina Paranthas. Every dish was cooked really well - tender and full of flavours. The Sikandari Raan & Murg Malai Kababs in particular were amazing. The daal was rich and creamy and the pudina paranthas/naan were fresh and tasted great. Had zero space for the sweets (though still went ahead and had a chocolate truffle at Fabelle 🙂). The service too was perfect — quick, friendly and always looking out for you. A fantastic experience overall.

Kastoori Kebab was shockingly bad. Flavor on the surface and a thick bland tasteless kebab within. Sikandari Raan was chewy and tough (Flavor on the outside was good) until the server got it remade after which it was better but still ordinary. I’ve had far better at Dana Choga Reserve for less than half the price. Tandoori Jhinga had a watery bland after taste. Couldn’t finish the dish. Just tasted like bland watery prawn put in the tandoor. The marination seemed nice but it was only on the surface. Dal Bukhara was good Kulfi was good (like anywhere else nothing special) Service was very good. Bill: 20k for 2 Overall experience - Extremely disappointing. 0 chance of returning. Perhaps only for naan with dal Bukhara and whiskey if im driving by
