Bukhara totally lived up to the hype! I had three foreign nationals with me, and I had created quite a bit of hype beforehand—showing them videos, sharing stories, and even pointing out the who's who who have dined here. At one point, I honestly wondered, I hope I haven't overhyped this! But from the moment we entered Bukhara, the experience delivered. The service, the warm hospitality, the way they explain the history and legacy of the restaurant—and then, of course, the four-foot naan! My God, that's a showstopper. 😄 And the meats… absolutely exceptional. I've eaten Sikandari raan, chicken tikka and Indian grills all my life, but the quality Bukhara consistently maintains makes you feel like you're experiencing these dishes for the very first time. Had a wonderful experience at Bukhara while celebrating my wife’s birthday. The food was excellent, but what truly made the evening special was the exceptional service. A special mention to Vinod, Bharat, Amit, and Thang for their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and personal touch throughout the evening. They made sure everything was taken care of and went out of their way to make my wife’s birthday celebration memorable. Thank you to the entire Bukhara team for a fantastic experience. We truly enjoyed the evening and will definitely look forward to coming back!

Best atmosphere , delicious food , fastest service just some suggestion that please increase the seating and add biryani in menu . We had to wait for 2 hours in order to be seated which is disappointing . The dal Bukhara is just fire

Honestly, I didn’t quite understand the hype until I tried the food! After tasting it, I could definitely understand the one-hour wait. The only reason for taking a star off is the long wait, even with a table booked in advance. The Indian flavours were absolutely incredible, and the chef clearly knows what he’s doing. I particularly loved the tandoori dishes. The Dal Bukhara, although their signature dish, didn’t impress me as much. The service was prompt and attentive once we were seated. Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting if you’re exploring Delhi’s iconic Indian cuisine.

Overall the food is over rated, considering there are now many new exceptional Indian food restaurants in the city, it strangely feels overhyped. The Dal is really good but so are many other places that serve their own version of it. Not worth the wait to travel and then get seated and paying over the top for rest of the food which is now over rated

Dal Bukhara was no longer tasting sinful, secondly service wasn’t warm at all. The servers were just better than being rude
