Dear Burger King Team, I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service at your Cyber City outlet. I ordered food through your App i at around 6:07 PM, but my calls to inquire about the status were ignored thrice. After more than 50 minutes, someone finally picked up the phone, only to inform me that they were cancelling my order due to unavailability of riders. 😡 This is unacceptable. The lack of communication and the casual cancellation after such a long wait has ruined my experience. I hope you take immediate action to address this issue and improve your service.

i visited this restaurant in the evening and food was just ok, fries were cold burger didn't had onions even though i ordered crispy veg and that tikki was like very old or may be it was cold. i only like the shake and Services of two dining staff one was cleaning the tables and another lady who was helping while we were ordering from that self system of ordering. i ask the counter parson for handle bag but he denied and charge me for this without giving me recept. manager's behavior was not good and he was very rude.

I asked to Hand sanitizer to staff and manager, they said wash hands in wash basin area. this is really serious concern that this is large store and they dont use sanitizer at all. Roopa named staff who gave order on table, she is very rude. she is just passing orders on table, not worrying or replying customer issue. very bad experience. Manager looks like agent only, no personality at all. very dumb staff

I called Burger King but did not pick up the phone, after that I am not getting any response, I am saying hello hello, no one is speaking, there is no information about my order, I have ordered delivery, it has not reached me yet, it is showing 30 minutes, there is still no response to the order manijar backlash and staf not good lagveg

To the staff i ordered 129 price 2 orders one was Veg Makhani Burst Burger+ Medium Peri Peri Fries. The other one was BK Veggie Burger + Crispy Veg Burger. But instead of the burger i got taco which i didnt even ordered

I am your old customer & I ordered a burger+meal yesterday, those are really cold and coca cola had fallen in the bag, or the delivery was also late. I had a very bad experience yesterday.

I ordered burgers. But it's totally spoiled and taste is very bad. So, now i want refund money of my order as it is totally wastage of my money and time on the order and food i received.

Fries totally useless burger was not fresh even lettuce was not fresh totally disconnected expectesion was on High but they were👎

I have order veg crispy burger And Chocolate mousse cup.They have delivered only burger. Chocolate mousse cup is missing.

I received incomplete order plus the food is colder than ice by the time it reached me. Horrible taste. Waste of money
