Tried veg whopper meal with berry blast shake and literally it was worth to try. I was very hungry and ordered this meal and it is really worth it. Thank you so much

I am a regular customer of Burger King and have visited many outlets across Delhi NCR. Everywhere the staff is polite and cooperative, even small food modifications are usually done without any issue. But today, when I visited Burger King Kashmiri Gate for the first time, the staff member named Shankar rudely refused my simple request to change mayo in the burger. His behavior was not at all good with a customer. I am just sharing this feedback so the manager can guide the staff on how to speak politely with customers.

I ordered the veg meal. Both the burger, Fries were so bland in taste. burger had no sauce ,the sauce in Fries was sour, pathetic taste. even the cookie ice cream dessert wasn't good . please don't provide such combos when you can't make them worth the price. it has so badly ruined my day.

Food is stale and disgusting, if you can’t deliver please stop selling, completely hard patty with fungus on it, can’t believe you have the audacity to take money and offer food like this
