I forgot my apple airpod in the outlet after having food. After 1 hour, I called the outlet and informed the staff about it. The manager and other staff were very proactive, empathetic, found and returned my product safely to me with complete responsibility. Responsible and We'll Behaved Staff with Amazing Food and Services. BTW loved the Whopper too. Bless the people managing this outlet.

I ordered veg taco but the machine printed chicken taco on the bill. I paid the amount online and I did not pay attention on the bill and when I took the order they gave me chicken taco so I told them politely. But there was a staff member with complete arrogance and started fighting on the spot. She told me to throw that in the dustbin and said once ordered- it cannot be exchanged but in other outlets they change the items.She was looking at me with total anger. . When I kept my tray on the counter and gave the taco back as I am pure vegetarian she threw the taco on my tray. This happened at Janak cinema complex Janakpuri . She only took the taco and did not exchange and i kept it there only but she did not bother. Not even deserve a single star. This incident happened on- 25th December 2025 Time- Near 1.45 pm

I ordered a burger fries and a cold drink from burger king and they sent me the package in which all three things were staged when I opened the wrapper the cold drink had no lid and was spilled all over the bed and in all the other food items. BURGER KING DOESN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DELIVER A DRINK. EVEN A THIRD GRADER KNOWS THAT DRINKS MUST HAVE LID ON IT DOR PROTECTION. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE

I was refused tap water by the server, even though I ordered food. I was extremely thirsty and had to wait there for more than 5 minutes to find another server who also initially refused but then gave me water because I kept insisting. It is basic deed to give water to strangers even.I don’t understand why people working at this establishment would not understand that.

I ordered 5 burgers from burger king unity mall janakpuri. The food was not at all good. It was all cold and buns were not even baked properly. There was no filling other than just 1 piece of onion. Kindly try to make it better.

i am a repeated customer of burger king and this has happened 2nd time that they have sent me the incomplete order. this is very disappointing to see that such a big outlet is making this mistake repeatedly.

One crespy burger was missing.called delivery boy n burger king immediately but no action was taken.very poor.cost of one crespy burger should be returned.
