I've dined at this outlet many times in the past, but had a truly terrible experience on my most recent visit. We ordered the Deluxe Whopper meals, both in vegetarian and chicken, order was placed via the BK app. Here's all that went wrong, and almost everything did... * Order was served after at least 30 minutes. We sat upstairs and I had to go downstairs to the kitchen counter 4 times to inquire. * Coke Zero served with our meal was flat, too sweet, and also had a tiny hair floating in one glass. I immediately took it back to the counter for replacement. I was told the Coke dispenser was faulty. The staff I interacted with (I think his name is Vansh) was impolite & rude and was refusing to offer us a replacement beverage. * Finally it was settled that we can have one regular cappuccino as replacement for two Coke Zeros. Vansh "forgot" to prepare it for us, and only served it after a long wait and upon requesting again. We were delayed on purpose and ended up wasting more than an hour for our burger meals. Coming to our F&B experience, it was mediocre. The cappuccino however was made well. If the service was better, I would have given this restaurant a positive rating.

Very pathetic service & getting delayed the order without any reason. There was no rush
