I don't like there service. staff is so rude. and that meal I order they give soggy fries and burger taste was not up to the mark.

I ordered a crispy veg burger but the staff got my order as crispy chicken. When I brought this issue to notice, the staff started to blame me for the incorrect order even though, I am a vegetarian. I get that staff members are also people who can get wrong orders, but they started to gaslight me to agree that the fault was mine even when I told them that I am a vegetarian and therefore, cannot place such an order. Disappointed.

I order mostly from here But after midnight their food delivery is pathetic Every time there is something missing in order, or it is burnt or it is sop erroe, Since its burger king swiggy or Zomato doesn’t give any refunds or replacements for the same. This happened 3 times

Not satisfied with today's behaviour they cut the call after waited 1 hour for my meal to deliver but couldn't get it showing me reaching in 10 min turning into 29 mins . Soo giving you 1 star because you DESERVE IT .
