It is very difficult to eat the food here , everything here seemed cold and stale, even after that I got it late, first when I told them that it is cold, all the staff were looking at each other's faces, all the staff people are sitting here, but it seems no one knows what type of food they serve to the guests, even after asking no one did anything, close this outlet and open some other outlet here, at such a famous place they are serving pathetic food to the guests. people please boycott this burger singh outlet . And when I was eating I did not know that the staff here brings garbage and spoils the whole place, it seems they do not know all this and the store manager was sleeping inside, what kind of a team and store is this, now I will never come here nor will I ask anyone to come, I started feeling like vomiting while eating here

We went there for takeaway. We placed an order containing 3 double patty burger, 1 large fries, 1 regular fries, 2 pack of onion rings. And what we received 2 single patty burger, 2 pack of onion rings, and regular fries. Our mistake was we didn’t confirm our order while receiving it at the outlet. Charged like 630 bucks and made me wait for 35 mins and your bill item-self says 10-15mins max. After coming back home when I checked my order wasn’t matching what I placed. I had to go back to return and showed them what they have given. They changed everything but before giving takeaways to customers kindly check twice. As it can produce lots of hassle to customers. Everything sucks service, food quality.

we came to this place for make the time special. last time it was good.. but this time it's totally very very bad rubish experience. on 18 june we order burgers . fries drinks.. bun was looking like soggy or might be that expired.. fries also cold . soggy. after raise this to on counter the staff immediately ready to change the food.. it showing that literally all were expired... so burger singh make this correct in any how. or we have to raise this with food inspector.. also wh n u recieved this concern just arrange a call on the same..

We ordered from buy one get one offer and we were just sent one one food item. They cheat. It was my first order and they cheated on us. I’ll make sure that I never order anything from them. Moreover the fries were soggy they were not fried. Food quality is so so bad. The front desk guy said talk to Zomato for the buy one get one related issues. Packing is not done by Zomato okay you guys packed it so it’s your headache to answer to our questions and complaints!

Never buy Choco Lava from Burger Singh!! In their language the name of this item should be changed to Choco Hollow Dry Cake. If you contact them through call, they will never accept it and instead will tell you that they have checked the CCTV there and the cake was perfect.

Too slow service.Takes 20 min for one burger meal. No sequence of orders maintained…order 71 delivered before 68. Burgers are also not worthy. Service is too bad and too slow.

Pathetic and slow .. servers in the kitchen don’t gloves - unhygienic … they promote 9 min order - waiting since 25 min - poor service and lost staff
