Please don’t go by the rating, this place is just phenomenal. The food is authentic and their murgh chicken is mouthwatering. The service is exception al specially of Mr. Nikhil he has catered to all our request and made us so comfortable throughout our time here since we had a small baby as well. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to visit again!! 😃

Amazing food, exceptional service and an amazing ambience.. that pretty much sums up this place! Their buffet is a must try with so many dishes to choose from...I loved their dessert selection and salads.

This restaurant is not as bad as the old reviews are saying. It deserves at least 4.2 rating. I gave 5 to balance it. As for the food, I can say that at least Vegitarian food is quite good for a 5 star.

I had dinner at this restaurant. Food is ok but very less variety. The service and behaviour of the staff is definitely not Taj standards and something which should be improved.

Hi. I went to buzz today. I had planned a lunch for my team of approx 20 people. I would like to summarize by experience as below Bad experiences: 1. There were little to no starter options. 2. Soup had too much salt in it. 3. Chicken curry was tasteless. 4. Palak mutton was undercooked. 5. Most of the vegetable options also didn't have much to offer. They we either bland or were tasteless. Good experience: 1. Staff was courteous. 2. Daal and halwa amongst the food were the only things that tasted good. Overall a disappointing experience. Esp for the price that we paid. I had expected better from a taj property.

The buffet spread was sad n the food quality wasn't upto the Taj's mark. Live counter was for Kadhi chawal which was funny. The buffet seems apt only for corporate groups not when you pay from your pocket n travel a longer distance. The set up is nice. But the food experience is not what I had in other Taj group restaurants.

I visited this property along with my family today on 03052024 and stayed in room number 209,210 &211. This property is under construction and renovation. The place is good, but the food quality is very poor. We chose the buffet, but they had third-class quality food with limited options also overly spicy and stale food. it's not at all worthy. It's in the outskirts so you can't order much from zomato. We barely touched any food on the table. I won't suggest this property to anyone who is watching this review. It's like they aren't able to run this which is very disappointing.

No music no lights. Service time was alarmingly high at a time when there were hardly 2-5 other people in the restaurant Food was apalling It took them 40 minutes to serve our beverages, food took much longer During payment their card machine wasn’t working and when we gave cash they didn’t have change. I was surprised to see that all these things were happening at a taj property that too with an epicure member, can’t imagine what kind of service would they provide to their general visitors. Stay away from this property and the restaurant, its utter waste of money.

I went for the lunch and had my worst experience of food quality and service... they should remove the name TAJ and just write gateway...
