Food and ambience was great but the service was awful they were not paying attention to their customers at all, we went to celebrate birthday so we took our time to click pics outside and then a waiter came with the bill and told us to pay , like we are not running, we have to do the cake cutting, they said we have to clear the place and btw all the other tables are already available for other customers. So rude behaviour, waiters was very ill mannered.

We visited By the Bay based on the positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet our expectations. We were a group of 9 people, yet only 6 drinking glasses were placed on the table. Even after reminding the staff multiple times, the issue wasn’t addressed promptly. The staff member taking our order came across as rude and inattentive, which made the dining experience disappointing. The food, especially the Chinese dishes, tasted good, but the portion sizes were quite small for the price. Good food can be overshadowed by poor service, and in our case, the rude attitude and lack of attention made the overall experience unpleasant. I hope the management works on improving customer service.

Recently visited this place and unfortunately had a very bad experience. Please never try their Spice Cooler. We ordered it and honestly, it tasted like kadha and had almost no flavour that we enjoyed. We tried telling the staff that the drink didn’t taste good at all, but they simply said that “the drink is like this only” and that they couldn’t do anything from their side. We still had to pay ₹425 for it. The other dishes we ordered were also just average and not really worth the price. The only good thing about the place is the vibe and ambience. Apart from that, neither the food nor the service was impressive. This was honestly the first time we disliked a drink this much at a restaurant, and it wasn’t just my opinion—my partner felt the same way. Overall, not worth visiting for the food or drinks. The ambience is nice, but that’s pretty much it.
