We had an extremely frustrating experience at CAD. We had made arrangements in advance, but when we arrived, we discovered that the entire floor had been given over to another private party — something we were never informed about beforehand. No prior notice, no heads-up, nothing. To make matters worse, when we raised the issue, the staff member (who appeared to be in charge) got into an argument with us instead of acknowledging the mistake. There was zero accountability — just defensiveness and excuses. This kind of lack of communication and unprofessional attitude is unacceptable. We won't be returning, and I'd strongly caution others to confirm everything multiple times before booking here.

Worst Experience – Advance Payment & Dining I had a very disappointing experience at CAD Restaurant. We were asked to make an advance payment, but despite paying in advance, the seating and dining arrangements were not properly managed. The overall experience was poorly organized, and we had to face unnecessary inconvenience. The service was slow and disappointing, and the food quality and taste were also not worth the amount paid. After making an advance payment, I expected much better service and proper dining arrangements. Overall, I felt that the money paid in advance was not justified by the experience. Very disappointing and definitely one of my worst dining experiences.
