This restaurant deserves a full 5 stars! The food was absolutely excellent, with every dish flavorful and well-prepared. The service was top-notch, attentive, and friendly, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. What stood out the most was how warmly they treated our toddlers, making us feel welcome as a family. Highly recommend!

The Dal kandhari and dry manchurian are the best !!! I literally visit every week. Love the food! Even the sundae is so yummy. The best part is it is a 24 hours open restaurant so it is our go to place even at late nights

We loved the food and they were so kind to our toddlers that we had an amazing time as a family . We over ate so much - paneer butter masala is a must try and ulta tawa parantha for kids is excellent

The food quality has degraded a lot since my last visit a few months ago. We ordered Awadhi Biryani (the chef’s special), Mutton Rogan Josh, and Chilli Mushroom. The Chilli Mushroom was good, but the other two dishes were disappointing. Both the biryani and the Rogan Josh seemed undercooked, especially the biryani. When we informed the staff, they took the biryani back to correct it. However, it was returned overly soft and had lost most of its flavor. When we asked what was done, the chef mentioned that the lamb was microwaved, possibly with water to prevent it from drying out, which unfortunately removed much of the taste. The Rogan Josh had a similar issue with the meat not being cooked properly. Considering this restaurant used to serve much better food when I visited a few months ago, the drop in quality was quite disappointing.

The staff is completely not accommodating at all. They will not be willing to take out the diffuser for even 5 mins if there is an urgent need. The manager of the place also won’t make an exception. It is a coffee shop and ideally a lot of times people work at coffee shops but these people won’t let you. Please teach staff to be more accommodating to guests. You don’t understand the meaning of guests or customers it seems.

For a place called cafe 24, they served one of the worst cappuccinos I have ever had. It was over extracted, bitter and almost not drinkable. I asked for a replacement and that was equally bad, if not worse. Maybe they were using stale beans, who knows. On top of this, nobody even bothered to ask me if the replacement coffee was better. Overall a highly disappointing experience.

Hair in food, manager was argumentative instead of accepting the serious lack of quality standard. Instead of listening to the customer and rectifying the error, he kept arguing that it’s only a one off incident, it can never happen. No masks either whilst arguing at the table.

Never visit this place. They service and staff is very bad and rude. Zero hospitality from them. They serve you frozen chicken and deny to change it and ask u to also pay for it if you even had it or not
