A nice CCD outlet to sit and have some chats with your friends and family while enjoying some good coffee on the busy Connaught place. Although the ambience falls a bit short when compared to other CCDs.

Hazelnut frappe - potentially everyone's favourite. It was well balanced in portion size and flavours. Mostly worth your money.

A pathetic experience. My friends and I had gone there on Sunday and when I went and placed the order, the woman taking my order said that this was not enough. She said that because we were four people, you need to order much more than just 2 items. I told her that it’s just what we were starting with and that we would have ordered more, as time goes by. But she insisted that I either order more or leave. So, we left. I did not expect this from a “brand” like Cafe Coffee Day.

Extremely bad service. They are kicking out people even before they finish their food and coffee. Everyone sitting around was being asked to leave repeatedly at an gaps of 2 mins.. barely 15mins after they got their food .. saying there are people waiting. And we were like at least let us finish out coffee.. to which they respond ‘we are not forcing you’ and exactly two minutes after that another person comes and says the same thing. And not just us, everyone sitting there was experiencing the same. No one was getting out with a happy face. If this is how you treat customers, I don’t think you are doing a very good job. I have seen this happening for the first time in any restaurant and I’m extremely disappointed.

Disappointed at CCD Connaught Place – Found Cockroaches! I came to CCD at Connaught Place expecting a premium coffee experience, but was shocked to find cockroaches inside the outlet. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, they showed zero concern and absolutely no accountability. If I’m paying a high price for a cup of coffee, I at least expect basic hygiene. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. Honestly, if this is what’s going on behind the scenes, it’s no different from getting coffee off the street at 10% the price. Strongly urge others to think twice before visiting. Cleanliness and customer care should be a priority — sadly, this place has neither.

Such a bad experience with cafe coffee day. After i gave my order my bill was not handed over to me. I kept on repeatedly asking but they said that the bill will come when thd food is served. Ultimately they served a wrong pizza, than what i had ordered saying "Apne to ye hi bola tha". Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Small bugs were flying around over the food. This was not at all expected from cafe coffee day.

They had no sandwiches, just spinach corn and egg roll, and that too quite bad in taste. Card swiping doesn't work, UPI doesn't work and THEY TOLD US TO GET UP BECAUSE NECT CUSTOMERS WERE WAITING AND THEY CAME AND SAT WHILE WE WERE PACKING. Have some shame!!!!

The staff is charging cover charge here in a basic coffee shop. Extremely rude staff. Poor, gloomy ambience and unhygienic place.
