Today i came to the The Square CCD, Barakhamba branch and i placed an order for Gourmet Belgian Hot Chocolate. The person who was taking the orders told me that the cafe on Saturdays and Sundays do not accept single orders. If this is the way of treating the customers then IT IS A BIG NO TO THIS PLACE. Although i asked/ requested the staff member to take my order to which he insisted me to take some snacks alongwith it only then i can place my order for hot chocolate. I get it that it is a marketing technique but what type of marketing technique is it if it doesn’t treat the customer well? This behaviour is completely unprofessional and unethical. What if the person is coming alone or the other person doesn’t want to have anything. Stupidity at it’s peak

won't beat around the bush but this is the worst coffee experience I've had. Firstly the cold coffee was not cold at all. secondly, the service was quite slow as the staff was chatting with each other. Thirdly, the staff did not inform about the offers. Upon telling them that they should at least let us know, the staff giggled and turned their faces away as if we said something idiotic. Fourth, the ambience was not as good as any Starbucks/Barista. They still charge almost the same amount as any Starbucks/Barista. but their service is simply pathetic!! Management needs to read these reviews else CCD will go bankrupt.

They had no knowledge about payment through the zomato app. After I paid via the app, they made us wait for another 40-45 minutes to serve us food because they couldn't figure out if we had paid or not even after us showing them all the details of the payment, they had not trained their staff regarding the same. They started preparing our order only after someone came from some other outlet to help them out despite requesting them to at least serve us the food we had ordered and paid for.
