Absolutely loved the experience! The cold coffee was perfectly chilled, creamy, and had just the right balance of flavor — refreshing and satisfying. The spicy garlic bread was fresh, crisp, and packed with just the right amount of heat to make it addictive. Special appreciation for the staff —Rahul kumar was polite and attentive, ensuring everything was served just right. Staff Hemlata and sonu welcomed me with a genuine smile and positive attitude. The hospitality and food together created a memorable experience! Good job by staff very professional and welcoming deserve a raise for such working attitude!

I ordered an iced coffee, first they served it in disposable cup and so that people could not see their scam. They had filled the cup with ice, so much ice was there that all I could taste was just water and no coffee even though I ordered an extra espresso shot in it. When I asked them to correct it or change something it in they completely denied and behaving so casual that it is like that only. No customer satisfaction at all and plus they were least bothered in helping. They didn’t even try.

Pathetic experience! Waited for 1 hour, there was only one customer, that’s me and my friend, but they didn’t even take our order after requesting multiple times they said they are fulfilling online orders and asked to wait. Even after waiting 1.5 hrs and talking to owner, they said same thing, didn’t take our order, we waited and waited and then had to leave. Worst service

incompetent staff. they just want to vile their time. keep extra change. if you give them a voucher to redeem they don't want to do it. the staff really needs a change, they are too comfortable here. send them to other branch to learn.

The SHITTIES Iced Mocha i have ever tried. My 2 year old sister will make it better. Very less coffee and no flavour of coffee. Felt like i am drinking just sugar in milk and ice and a pinch of ghar ki coffee. Money waste and NonTaste
