I actually prefer CCD’s coffee over any overpriced coffee shops but really didn’t like high wait time!! The servers were apologetic for the delay and mentioned something about system error so no complaints.. their coffee saved the day!!

So I visited this place with a friend. I would let you know about my experience. The place was good and spacious. The staff was pretty much slower in comparison. They took like 45 minutes to serve our order. And I ordered a spinach corn cheese sandwich for myself and a signature cold coffee. The cold coffee's quantity was lesser - I don't know why because I had ordered the same at their other branch and it was good enough till the brim but this one filled half the glass. The sandwich was really good. I liked the way they added a bit of masala over the top which added more flavor to it. Overall, I think the service can be improved. And the quantity should be kept in mind.

I Ordered cold coffee ....I ordered crunchy frappe and cafe frape ....cafe frape is the worst coffee I ever have in my life and also crunchy frappe is not good ....it is also below average......... this outlet of CCD is not good....

All staff are very Bad specially Manager Mr. Mukul is very disrespectful man he kept staring at my friend which made him feel very strange and she's feel very uncomfortable. I ordered normal Cafe Frappe but He gave me Dark Frappe without asking me and also took more money from me which I didn't even order and it also has ice cream and chocolate, yet they took charge for it without informing. Seriously it's very Bad Experience in my Life from my side.

The worst CCD experience ever, they try serving a simple cold coffee in the hot beverage glass and try fixing the straw in the stirrer hole, which obviously means that the straw is not going to take out any cold coffee because it's been squeezed and pressed. No wonder CCD is not a favourite among people anymore. Eventually had to leave my drink there and walk out, bcoz according to them they service cold and hot beverages in the same takeaway glass

Extremely extremely rude staff.. no care for the customer .. waited for 15 , 20 mins.. but he was not ready to take the order and when asked.. spoke so rudely.. didn't bother to stop the customer when walking out.. very very disappointed.. will never go back there.. they should shut this outlet.. spoiling the name of Cafe Coffee Day chain

I went here on 30th may. This ccd didn't even have a simple cold coffee. I had to go with a frappe and a cappuccino. I seemed as if the frappe was simply made by stirring milk, sugar and coffee and the cappuccino was cold. Really disappointed with the quality.

Imagine spending 300 rs for Hot chocolate and getting Bournvita. Pathetic taste.
