The food was delicious, the staff was very friendly and accomodating. It was my birthday and they gave me a mug as a gift which was a very pleasant surprise. I had a great time. Delhi Heights is my favourite go-to place place when i want an elevated dining experience.

Visited Cafe Delhi Heights in Janakpuri recently, and honestly, the experience didn't quite match up to the brand's name. Because of the heavy rush, the staff seemed completely flustered and the service was frustratingly slow. To make matters worse, the place is getting way too expensive for what it offers; shell out ₹780 plus taxes for a simple paneer combo—which just gets you a bowl of paneer, two breads, and a tiny portion of rice—and it feels like a total rip-off. Even the basics were off, as the breads came out hard, chewy, and clearly undercooked. Between the steep pricing for standard dishes like pasta and combos and a kitchen struggling to keep up with the crowd, it's really losing its value for money.
