I have visited this place many times, but this visit was completely different. Since it was a Tuesday, the restaurant was not crowded and only two other tables were occupied. Despite that, the staff seemed unable to coordinate with each other. I asked one of the attendants to clear our table. He took away a few dirty dishes and never returned. After waiting for around ten minutes, I asked another staff member, but the same thing happened again. It was only after I spoke to the manager that the staff finally came and cleared the table. As the host of my family gathering, this situation was quite embarrassing and disappointing. Coming to the food, I have dined here several times in the past, usually with two or three friends, and the experience had always been excellent. This time, however, I came with my family to celebrate a special occasion, and unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The starters were good and tasty, as expected. However, the main course was disappointing. The dishes that I regularly ordered did not taste the same as they used to, and the quality was noticeably lower. In addition, both the quality and quantity of the food seemed to have been reduced. I had been a regular customer of this restaurant for a long time, but after this experience, this will most likely be my last visit.

I have been to CDH around 3-4 times but the food was really poor this time. The special ISBT maggi was too salty and oily, kathi role was again drenched in oil, the hot chocolate was not made properly (hot chocolate is meant to be rich, but the served drink was hot milk with some chocolate and cocoa powder sprinkled on top). Lastly, the oreo shake was the only decent item we got.
