We had a wonderful experience at Cafe Delhi Heights, and a big thank you to Nagender for the exceptional service. They were polite, attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. Their positive attitude and prompt service really enhanced our dining experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and courteous. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable—we’ll definitely be back!

Gautam was very sweet and prompt. I he made my daughters birthday even better by offering us Trufle pastry with candle and topped it all up with a surprise gift too. Diwan was very efficient in getting us seated earlier than expected. Deepak was very courteous. All in all a great evening spent again at CDH

We ordered Peri Peri Wings, but to our surprise they arrived tasting like Chinese-style wings with only a light peri peri coating. After we raised the issue, the server returned with the same wings covered in an extra layer of peri peri seasoning, which made them overly spicy and unpleasant. We couldn't finish the meal, left several pieces uneaten, and left disappointed.

The food was extremely disappointing—undercooked, stale, and simply not up to standard. We ended up leaving almost everything untouched. While the staff tried to make up for the experience by offering desserts and gifts, it couldn’t compensate for the poor quality of the meal. The restaurant seriously needs to upgrade its food quality and overall standards.

The food was not fresh and not upto the mark. We ordered minestrone soup which had no taste it tasted like normal tomato soup with lots of black pepper. Then we ordered buckwheat and quinoa salad which was again so dry and full of big onion pieces. Not good to eat. Later we ordered pasta and noodles which were just ok. Had a terrible experience with them.

I had to wait 15 mins for someone to take my order. Next disastrous thing was I got a fly in my pasta. It's a request to the staff as well as the manager to please check the order as soon as it gets out of the kitchen. Hygiene here was totally overlooked. Not sure if I'm going to have the same experience in other CDHs as well.

Ordered prawns chettinad and the chef couldnt make it! Made us wait 30 Mins for the dish only to cancel it in the end. Not sure how a restaurant chan is hiring their chefs when they can’t make everything that’s on the menu
