Very good hospitality. My dad being a Taj loyalist usually has shifted his preferences after a visit to the coffee shop on my brother's birthday. Besides the good food the staff and the service was exceptionally good. Full marks and we will definitely be back

I celebrated my mother's 75th birthday at The Cafe last month . The drinks , staff, servers, food was absolutely fantastic, that till today everyone talks about it. it felt like I am the guest and they are the host. Thank you all at the The Cafe.

Great ambience. Loved the soothing waterfall effect of their water feature. Hara bhara kebabs were the best I’ve ever eaten.

As Club at the Hyatt members since 2019, we dine here frequently and always enjoyed the lavish lunch buffet. However, in the last 2 months, we have seen a drastic drop in the quality of service. Yesterday we had to request for everything 2-4 times during lunch - even though the restaurant was barely 30-35% full. Also, the buffet dishes were not being replenished in the despite requests. Really sad to see this happening to what used to be perfect place to dine in. Thankfully the food was flavourful as always.

We asked them to add Veggies in the pasra but they did not pay attention to it & bought a simple pasta with nothing. Not even mushroom or olives. The Watermelon mojito was very sweet sos much so that i couldn't finish the whole thing. overall it was an ok experience

Disappointing Rampuri Food Festival at Hyatt Regency!! My recent visit to the Hyatt Regency for their Rampuri food festival was unfortunately a letdown. I had anticipated a rich and diverse culinary experience showcasing the unique flavors of Rampur, but what I encountered was far from it. The most glaring issue was the severely limited variety of authentic Rampuri dishes. In the name of a "food festival," there were only two or three Rampuri-specific items available. This paltry offering was overshadowed by the standard buffet fare, which included ubiquitous items like salads, pasta, and pizza. While these are perfectly acceptable in a regular buffet, their prominence at a themed food festival was truly disappointing and diluted the entire experience. Furthermore, the quality of the "Rampuri" dishes themselves was below average and quite basic. There was nothing particularly special or distinct about them; they tasted like something one could easily find at a much lower price point elsewhere. Considering the premium one expects to pay at a Hyatt Regency, the value for money was simply not there. It felt like a regular, uninspired meal that could be had for a third of the cost at a local eatery. Overall, the Rampuri food festival at Hyatt Regency was not worth it at all. It failed to deliver on its promise of a unique culinary journey and left me thoroughly unimpressed. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic or even enjoyable Rampuri food experience.

To anyone reading this, it wasn't worth it at all. I went on a buffet with my family and I found the food below average. Some dishes were tasteless, some lacked spices and some were just too sweet. The service and the ambience was fine but the food fell short of our expectations. Too overpriced in comparison to the food. Highly disappointed!

The food was good overall. But the service was pathetic. The waiters seemed clueless and were not aware about things
