We visited for a breakfast meetup & were pleasantly surprised. Buffet spread was great but not needlessly expansive. The dosas were sumptuous & the sambhar was one of the better ones we had in hotels. Parathas were soft & fluffy. Egg counter dished up great benedicts and poached sides. The puris could have been better but the fruit salad bar was on point. Staff was attentive & always around to assist. Prices are affordable as well given how good the food was. Definitely recommended.

Extremely Disappointed – Cold, Uncooked Food & Poor Hygiene I booked a table via Zomato at Café NH8 (Radisson Hotel, Gurugram) to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was terrible and far from what we expected. • The food was served cold. • Several dishes were undercooked. • Hygiene standards were clearly not maintained. This completely spoiled our special occasion. We expected a premium experience from a place listed on Zomato and located inside a reputed hotel, but it was worse than a roadside eatery. I strongly urge Zomato to review this listing seriously and ensure better quality control in the future. 👉 I’m also requesting a full refund for this unacceptable experience.

DO NOT BOOK BUFFET HERE!!! I had booked a table for 2 for buffet dinner. The food was not of good quality the variety of food in the buffet is not worth the amount.The taste of food was bland and the reads were all cold. The service was third class. No one will help you with spoons.

Despite having a confirmed booking through the Zomato app, we were not properly entertained or attended to by the staff. The service was very poor, and there was a clear lack of coordination and professionalism. We felt ignored and unwelcome throughout our visit.

We were told buffet price 1600+taxes for Lunch and then when we told that we are paying through zomato they charged us 1800+taxes I’m a person who usually prefers staying at Radisson hotels but this was a really bad experience

The staff was not attending us at all. i will never suggest anyone to visit this branch again. literally felt like wasting the money as the food was also not to the mark and not even the drink
