I celebrated my birthday with my friends in saka. the ambience was beautiful and the food was great, but the don't have soft drink in the menu. Overall everything was great, the staff is polite and nice.

the food is quite average but two complaints. the food took an hour, on top of that the staff is very ill-trained, when asked why the food took so long, they were not polite and did not come back with answers. additionally the staff is not as nice as you would expect, especially from a such a vibey, well managed looking cafe.

To start with the positives- The ambience is beautiful, airy and well maintained. The staff is very courteous and service is good as well. I really liked their pistachio latte. My friend ordered a Spanish latte which was great as well. However, the star of the show for any cafe should be their food especially in a vicinity like this and the charges of dishes. We ordered a Pizza- the pizza base was store bought which was extremely thick and low quality, the sauce was again store bought of some mediocre brand probably. Even street side vendors would make a better pizza. If you're charging a hefty amount for a pizza, at least make sure you have an in-house pizza base and sauces. We then ordered Enchiladas; Man did that disappoint us? disappointment is an understatement to be honest. The Enchiladas looked like a cooking experiment of a 5 yr old- it was stuffed heavily with some cheap pizza pasta sauce as if they were instructed to finish it off before its expiry date which might be the very same day we ordered. That was the last taste we could remember, after that our tastebuds went to deep sleep; the taste of sauce was so overpowering that we couldn't even understand what other stuffing the Enchiladas have. Eventually we had to leave it as we could not eat that at all.

I I would say I was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The ambience was nice, but unfortunately the service and food did not match the expectations. The staff seemed poorly trained in customer interaction. For example, when I asked the waitress whether they served piña colada, she simply giggled and walked away without answering. Throughout the visit, no one properly came to take or check on our order either. The food was below average, and overall it felt like a regular café with slightly better ambience. I would suggest visiting without high expectations.
