I was visited here 15Sep23 with family. My first experience was not good. The person in entrance was denied us to entrance without pre book even lots of tables are empty inside. Then i booked through zomato app with in a second. He crosscheck with his manager he said ok. After that food and service both are good. The best part of this cafe is live singing on weekend. We tried lots of food items. When ever you visit pre-booked before because they have really bad booking department as i feel.

Most pathetic service. Rude staff and totally moron manager. If you ever visit there they'd make you switch tables and make you sit on the most uncomfortable place even though half the place will be empty. They'd just say it's reserved and literally harass you and spoil your experience. Specially during evening. Don't ever visit. You can literally see empty tables. Also a note to the management that the illegal Hookah you are serving will be reported to Delhi Police and MCD to cancel your license immediately.
