The food and service is very simple. Nothing too fancy. The ice tea comes straight out of the Nestea packet. But it's priced like the rest of Khan market. It's nice but not at all worth it. You're better off going somewhere else!

Nachos and hot chocolate were not good. Dining and ambience is fine. Nachos were baked in cafe but didnt taste good. Hot chocolate was tasteless.

Had a horrible experience with the waiter here. I ordered coconut water. It was freezing cold. I asked very politely him if he could please warm it a little bit as I could not drink something so cold. He scowled at me, saying "Kyun?". I said, "bohot thanda hai, aap thoda sa garam kar dijiye." He just shook his head aggressively and said, "nahi, nahi ho sakta." I asked, "kyun?". He said, "kharaab ho jaayega!". I said, "agar kharaab hua to meri problem hai, aap kar ke to dekhiye." He said, "nahi, hum nahi kar sakte." I then asked him to take it back, which he did with a smirk. After a while, my friend and I left. He did not charge us for the coconut water but only for other things ordered. But it was quite an unpleasant experience talking to him.

I entered the place at 7.50 pm alone without noticing the closing the time as 8 pm , the waiter informed me that they are getting closed and can only offer drinks. I told them they should have the door for entry if they didn’t wanted further orders as i wanted to eat. After telling them what i wanted to eat they gave me a stale falafel wrap. While i was eating the waiter cleared the table with side menu and quickly cleared my table after i ate. He kept the bill with 10 percent service charge. I felt obligated to pay and leave while there were other guests who were sitting comfortably. I refused to pay the service charge and left with an uncomfortable experience.

Cafe turtle is the worst cafe in Khan Market. I ordered Cold coffee. That was not a cold coffee I got, because it was only water, I think few drops of milk was added in the water. It was fully water. The presentation of cold coffee plus the quality was very bad. The food was also not so good. It was okayish.

Cafe turtle staff is good because of which I choose them over Starbucks but the book store staff Ashish is a rude and unprofessional person.This cafe badly needs good public relationships manager or else it will shut down for sure because of few people condescending behaviour towards regular customer.

We ordered cafe latte, kashmiri kahwa, masala tea and carrot cake. None of them were good. Carrot cake tasted stale, masala tea was like a regular tea and kahwa was just like a green tea with some almonds. Highly disappointed and would not recommend it to any one.

Worthless sandwich, charged Rs 500 for a sandwich which tasted so bad and ordinary My mom makes a better sandwich than them Never go to this place You will waste your time and money
