We ordered strawberry cake for one of our team members. Cake was fresh and soft. They have good variety of cake accessories, decoratives, caps and other party requirements.

I would like to raise a complain against Order ID: 1642461150 Pathetic service by ZOmato and the restaurant Cake Castle . 1. I have ordered 1kg of cake and got 1/2 kg . 2. The cake was 2-3 days old and taste taste "Bassa " ( writing in hindi) . 3. I told to mention Happy birthday "Prabhvir" and nothing was mentioned . I need to personally write with candy.. This is what Zomato and partners are making fool to the customer ... Not acceptable , i had to serve pathetic cake to kids and nobody liked ...Better stop the service ... Who will be responsible if something happen to kids .. I need to acknowledge this complain ASAP and response me .. Note: Attached the screenshot of 1/2 KG pathetic cake... Better stop this service with rotten item. Even i told the delivery person that its 1/2 kg cake but he didnt listen .... Need complain raise ASAP. Prabhvir

It was my daughter's second birthday and I gave an order to cake castle for butterscotch caramel cake in a particular design. I got the delivery of the cake as per the given time but the when I opened the cake for cake cutting ceremony to my surprise it was not settled. My whole day was ruined in a moment. All family members, friends and guests were there and it was really embarrassing for me. This was my second and last order from cake castle. Neither I will order anything from there nor I recommend it to anyone else.

Asked them to make a cake based on a cake image they were so readily saying yes that i gave them the order. Received like a poor copy of the cake with taste just of concentrated sugar syrup. Also asked for midnight delivery and take me with them if possible. They said yes. and at 11:45 at shop they asked that they can't do it.. Had to book uber to deliver it myself and reached late. If you can't do something don't commit it!!! Poor service!

i ordered fresh fruit cake and guess what i got a vanilla cream cake with 4 apple slices and a small piece of mango along with a little pomegranate, no seasonal fruits nothing and the bread was also very hard.

I ordered the cake and just received 5 mins back and delivery boy has actually ruined it. I received half destroyed cake. Zomatoneed to work on delivery guys.
