Although my prior issued were not cured yet the Food here seems much and far better than any other brand,kinda my go too but sometimes while using offers or meals the pricing doesn't seem fine according to Quantity but Food and staff very considerate

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience with California Burrito, Indirapuram. I ordered 2 Guacamole & Veggie Rice Bowls with Brown Rice, 1 Crispy Mushroom Rice Bowl with Brown Rice, and 1 Mini Crispy Mushroom Rice Bowl with Cilantro Lime Rice. However, what I received was completely different. None of the bowls had the brown rice and guacamole that I specifically ordered and paid for. What made the experience even worse was the poor customer service. I contacted the Indirapuram outlet to report the issue, but the store manager, Alam, did not take my complaint seriously. He simply said he would check and call me back, but I never received any follow-up. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring customers after delivering the wrong order is unacceptable. I expected better service and accountability from California Burrito. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I hope the management takes customer complaints more seriously in the future.

Worst experience I have been here at indirapuram outlet couple of times before But never experienced this. Their AC’s were not working, not even single one and they were just blaming the humid nd hot weather outside. Service was extremely slow. Drinks were not at all chilled, just kept at normal temperatures. When questioned, they told the machine takes time to make it chilled. Was not expecting all this

So many restrictions are there if the customer payment mode is District App. 6 can not make payment for any drink items through App, and also App can be only used for dine in . if anyitem Customer has decided to Pack they have to pay separately outside District App. really pathetic behavior I'm not going to visit this outlet ever
