I visited this place ambience are good, food was delicious service also okay.. I just wrote the review just because of Jimmy specially thanks to her the restaurant are literally busy but some how she's make the setting available & she's make our evening wonderful she's so well spoken very polite, I mean she's represent the hole resturant at gate...thanks to Jimmy because of her behaviour will definitely visited again. thanku JIMMY YOU ARE ROCK!!

The food is okay but the service is one of the worst that I have experienced in a while. The order took more than an hour to come to us, the service was too slow. Specifically the manager of this place should be replaced, he was very rude to us after we had paid the bill and basically now his job was over. My mother went to the washroom - she has knee issues so it took around 20 mins for her to go upstairs and come back - meanwhile the manager made all the faces and asked me to leave. What kind of behaviour is this ? Your job is done after your customer has paid the bill? I even told him that I can wait at the stairs for a while but he again made a face and said - no you can't. It was a pathetic service experience.

Even though there wasn’t huge crowd yet we had to wait for our orders. There were so many people to take orders and serve yet there was delay. At the end we had to leave without having our last ordered item bread pakora and cancelled it while paying the bill. We had earlier online ordered many times from here and really liked the food. But dunno it seemed off in dining. Food price didn’t match quantity and quality which is otherwise really good online.

The service was extremely poor. We had to wait nearly an hour for just one dish, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even what we had ordered. The wrong item was served, making the overall experience very disappointing.
