Amazing food, tandoori malai momos are too good! Tried keema pav too, very tasty. And they really know what tiramisu is, veryyyy creamy and moist. Definitely going there again in few days :)

Visited Call Chotu yesterday with a group of 9 after seeing all the social media hype. We ordered around 12–15 vegetarian dishes, and honestly, about 8–9 of them were genuinely good. Credit where it’s due—the chef team clearly knows their job. But that’s where the positives end. The service and management are shockingly poor. For a place in Gurgaon, there’s a basic expectation of professionalism and class—but this was far from it. Simple things like plates, forks, and spoons weren’t provided even after repeated reminders. One particular incident stood out: we clearly instructed (multiple times) that the chilli potato should not have honey. Despite that, the dish came overly sweet. When we asked for a replacement, the manager (I believe his name was Abhishek) said he’d get it fixed—but instead, he simply disappeared, likely ending his shift without resolving the issue. That’s unacceptable. Another example—khichdi was ordered and we were told curd comes complimentary. Yet, it was added to the bill as an extra charge. These inconsistencies feel careless at best and misleading at worst. Overall, while the food shows promise, the service is easily among the worst I’ve experienced. If this continues, the staff—not the food—will be the reason this place shuts down within a year. Strong suggestion: invest in proper staff training and basic service etiquette before the hype completely fades.

below average food....nothing special for the price they are charging. paneer and vada pav were very average. dal makhani was tasteless and the breads were rubbery. service and staff was fine though.

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. The Vada Pav I received was made with a stale and spoiled bun that had a foul smell, making it completely inedible. When I informed the restaurant about the issue, instead of addressing my concern or apologizing, they dismissed it by saying that I was the only customer complaining. This response was highly unprofessional and showed no concern for food quality or customer safety. Serving stale food is unacceptable, and I hope the restaurant takes this issue seriously to ensure no other customer has a similar experience.

1. Quality issues as found hair in momos. 2. lnsect control is not there thus flying insects were found in found. 3. Portion size is small.
