Amazing place! Been there, couple of times. Ordered fruit cake, tiramisu, double layered chocolate pastry! Amazing! Staff- nice and courteous, 5/5 Ambience- beautiful, 5/5 Fruit cake- fresh fruits, soft and well done cream Tiramisu- soft, fresh, amazing! Double layered Chocolate pastry (certainly name is not same)- Wasn't too sweet, love the balance of both layers, soft and perfect for one person.

Ordered 1 kg Red Velvet cake for my son’s birthday and it was super tasty and fresh. Service is bit slow but ok. Ambiance nothing great.

Went to caramel, the coffee shop of Taj Vivanta, Dwarka. The coffee shop is the same old. Even the upholstery is old and dirty now. There was no one to serve water or give menu. After much waiting someone came in nd gave us water. The bakery items visible in the cafe are on 50% discount between 6pm to 9pm. We ordered for a chocolate pastry which was average. The paneer puff took 20 minutes but it was fresh and tasty. Again too much of waiting to get water and food. Ordered for cold coffee, which was not at all good. It’s made from Nescafé powder and not beans. The coffee was bad had no taste and you don’t expect a 5 star to give such cold coffeees. Poor slow service. No water no tissues no sauce. High waiting time for food nd coffee.

My last few visits were sadly not great. The choices in cakes with respect to flavours always remains same. Even after giving feedback to the team. i bought a pineapple cake yesterday and sadly the quality is degrading. A pineapple cake is supposed to have some pineapple in it but my cake had juat layer of sponge and loaded with cream to increase weight. Pineapple well just a like a cherry on top. A really disappointing purchase and not expecting such low quality standards. Additionally when it comes to savoury products i have never found any fresh the after taste is not good. My review is based on my visits made in last few months and sadly things are not great.

Very disappointing. Ordered the Jamaican blue mountain & the aged Indian malabar monsoon coffee's. Both tasted almost the same. One wasn't hot. Ordered the Bacon quiche which was served cold. Had to ask for it to be heated. The chocolate fudge was disappointing. The walnut taste was too strong. The service was a single person who vanished in the middle. Extremely disappointed. The seats weren't comfortable. Did not seem warm and inviting as a coffee shop ought to be. The menu tried too hard to stand out. Came across as confusing and cluttered. Refer the pic! The only good part was that the lounge was empty which allowed for conversation. But I guess, after the experience I had, I saw the reason why it's empty! Expected so much more from a brand of Taj Vivanta.

Yesterday i got red velvet cake from Caramel -raj Vivanta Dwarka . The cake was not fresh & smell was coming from it . Not expected this from a huge Five star hotel . If the cake is not fresh tell the customer or don’t display it. Disappointed with the service.
