We tried Podi Dosa, 18th Cross, Filter Coffee and Lime Soda. Each item was mouthwatering and prepared with extreme care. These two are perhaps the best dosa I ever had. Thanks for making our diwali evening special! We got seat after 20 minutes of waiting and got our food served within 15 minutes which was amazing service.

Food, vibe. etiquette of fellow staff members and the traditional way of going an extra mile while catering! Extra care but just from a comfortable distance. Perfect ambience for family, couples, kids, everyone!

This cafe is famous for its South Indian cuisine and I felt that too. However, some things need improvement. Service is one area I noticed they seem to have no clue what is going on there.

I'm usually super happy with Carnatic Cafe but I was disappointed this Sunday. We ordered one Malleshwaram, one set dosa and two rava dosas. The rava dosas were served 30mins after the other dosas which is a bad experience when one goes out for a meal at the restaurant. Having ordered rava dosas before I could tell the quality of the rava dosa was pretty low, the feel of rava was not there and it felt like eating papad. The staff was also not bothered to take feedback.

Went with great expectations. But was disappointed. Dosa was good but the sambhar and chutneys were basic and bland. No flavours and no punch. Filter coffee was just about ok. No where close to the rave reviews I had heard.

There was a bit of a wait to get seated, but once inside the service was impressively quick. The food, however, didn’t look as appealing as it does online—presentation felt rushed plus taste was also average. Overall, a decent spot if you don’t mind the wait, but it doesn’t quite live up to the social media hype.

What a mess of a place , while the food is decent the staff is running around clueless with orders assuring their food will be served in 5 mins 10 min 15 mins. Wait time is nearly 30-50 mins just regretting coming over here since it sort of wasted a lot of my time. It took them 20 mins to serve a cup of coffee not sure if it’s the staff or something else

We went here after all the Instagram hype but it was so disappointing, I had to change my plate as there were food stains then finally the dosa comes and it’s not at all upto the mark . Cold , felt so stale just after 20 mins my mom started feeling sick and she puked it all out . She is literally sick now and our whole weekend is spoilt

In the waiting queue for over an hour while initial time shared was 20 mins They prefer customers in groups pf 3/5 and more and keep two customers table in waiting FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!! Poor coordination
