Breakfast done right. We ordered the Malleshwaram 18th Cross dosa and the Mysore Masala dosa, paired (inevitably) with crisp papad and strong filter coffee. The food was outstanding, but what truly elevated the experience was the service—effortless, attentive, and perfectly timed. Special mention to Naresh, who seemed to appear exactly when needed, making us feel genuinely looked after. An added bonus: no queues. This new branch is tucked into a quiet corner of an otherwise busy building, making it a calm and thoroughly enjoyable start to the day.

Transported to Southern India with the gorgeous artwork, traditional columns and music coupled with the best filter coffee and idlis I have ever had in Delhi NCR. Early Sunday morning bliss!

Malleshwaram dosa was a big big disappointment even though it’s the best seller. I’ve had it before at 32nd Avenue outlet and always loved it. Please do not come to this outlet if you’ve been to 32nd avenue as this one doesn’t match the taste.

Been here twice - the first time from the hype and the second time persuaded by a friend; and I have only one thing to say - Eat here if you want severe indigestion, acidity and constipation for days. If i had the power to shut down one restaurant in the entire world, it would be this. I’m in two minds for filing an FIR against them for the physical and mental torture I’ve faced both times I’ve eaten here. Seriously, the owners should consider closing it down and trying their hand at some other business for the greater good of society.

The food tastes different from other outlets and not in a good way. The tables are always dirty. It has enough number of staff but no one bothers to clean tables, take orders, attend to customers or do anything. They would stand in the middle of the restaurant, browsing their phones or talking loudly. The menu has food and food stains all over them; in general the place feels dirty. It’s a place that nobody cares for. The sambhar and the chutneys were extremely disappointing.

I tried their signature dosa “the famous Malleshwaram 18th cross” named after a popular street in Bangalore and truly disappointed as it lacked the very essence of its name. The chutneys are so dry and the dosa itself was dry even the masala was so dry… after the drink bite it was literally inedible… There are street venders selling better dosas and chutneys in Gurgaon. If you are planning to visit after the hype of the one in 32 milestone, do give it a second thought..

While the outlet is newly opened its designed poorly .. seems all outlets of this chain are designed ‘not’ to provide experience but maximise table turnaround… The place is too noisy… While food is served quickly it lacks the ‘expected’ flavours
