Visited Cascades at The Grand New Delhi and had a great experience. The ambience is calm and elegant, perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was fresh, well-presented, and had a good variety. Service was polite and attentive, though a bit slow during peak hours. Overall, a nice place for dining with family or friends.

Wow wow n wow...no words for hospitality... service n warmth... Food is really yummy..they even. Customize..100s of variety... Staff come n check personally to see if the food is up to the mark of not... 5/5...

It’s nice but service is very slow , I waited half hour for dinner to be served and the portion of food was very less , but the food taste is good . Breakfast was good 👍

very good food marvelous food. I came here, second time in the cascades only I like the experience. Service is also very nice. Food is nice.

The service is pathetic, the entire staff is not at all friendly. Had to ask to bring something at least thrice. The staff wasn’t keen to refill the buffet spread. Chicken biryani didn’t have any chicken pieces in it. The chicken was sour like anything and the tenderloin wasn’t cooked properly The spread is also very very limited as compared to any 5 star property in Delhi. Needs a lot of improvement.

Rather substandard if you compare it from the star group hotels. The pan asian was barely edible. Pan-asian food doesn’t mean bland food and noodles cooked in water. Lost my appetite after a few dishes. Service is decent though. Drinks are kinda nice

After 2 years went here, for a quick roam and snack..... to our surprise the place has lost its charm.... just ordered an ice tea and pasta... Took long 15 -20 minutes.... Anyhow we had meal and left . Once reached home we had bad food poisoning and tummy upset.... the pasta was of that bad quality...wont recommend!
