Absolutely disgraceful experience. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst restaurant visits I’ve ever had. The food was of extremely poor quality, with a shockingly limited variety that fell far below expectations. The service was equally appalling—the staff seemed completely untrained and had no understanding of basic customer service or hospitality. What was even more disturbing was the lack of hygiene. Several staff members appeared to be wearing visibly dirty uniforms, which raised serious concerns about the restaurant’s cleanliness standards. The seating area was filthy, the chairs were not cleaned, and the overall ambiance was dull, poorly maintained, and completely uninviting. I deeply regret choosing Castle Barbeque over Barbeque Nation. It was a complete waste of my time and money and one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant unless they are prepared for poor food, unacceptable cleanliness, and terrible service. Given the unacceptable quality of the food, service, and overall experience, I believe a full refund is justified.

The food was good, but, uh, the ambiance was all smoky and, uh, there was an issue yesterday that, uh, there was a leakage in the entire area. There was a time I was, going to slip down on the floor, and it was twice. We went with the family it’s was difficult to eat bcoz it was buffet when we need to walk for dish we want and due to water in the entire floor it was difficult for us to walk and eat kitchen was messed up due to water. Ideally it should not operate yesterday due to this issue. Everywhere people shouting on the staff due to water issue from top from bottom. Its was extremely pathetic experience. The staff tried there level best to give guest service. Floor condition and kitchen condition was not so well they could have also fallen sue slippery floor. Ambience needs cleaning because all sofa there was dirty and it was visible.

worst service and treatment given to the customer,literally there is not a single person their to attend you at the food counter.. even for water you have to keep reminding them the staff is busy in their own pathetic experience have to wait more than 30 mins for the food

The food quality was really cheap in the buffet. I don't like the taste and also less variety of food compared to other barbeques. the only good staff was responsive.
