The food was decent, but the overall experience was average. I felt the buffet was a bit overpriced for what was offered. Since we visited after 10 PM, most of the food counters were already closed, which was quite disappointing. There weren't many options left to try despite paying the full buffet price. The staff was polite, but I expected better value and availability of items till the end of the serving time. I hope they improve this for late-night diners.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) If patience were a buffet item, Castle Barbeque would serve it in unlimited quantities. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing they serve consistently. We booked in advance, lured by an attractive ₹800-per-person deal. In hindsight, it wasn't a deal—it was an entry ticket to a live endurance test. We were a group of seven. It took nearly 1.5 hours just to get through three rounds of starter replacements. By the time the food reached us, we had aged emotionally. The concept of "live grill" apparently meant watching the staff disappear and hoping they'd eventually return. The main course deserves a special mention—not because it was memorable, but because most of it was cold, half-finished, or sitting in empty pots. It felt less like a buffet and more like an archaeological dig, searching for food that may have existed moments earlier. The mocktails? Ah yes. They were included in our booking... at least on paper. We had to remind the staff that they actually existed. Apparently, beverages are served only if the customer has an exceptional memory. An extra quarter plate for the kids took 15 minutes. A quarter plate. I've seen government paperwork move faster. Eventually, we escalated the matter to the manager. To his credit, he apologized. Repeatedly. In fact, "Sorry" was probably the freshest item served all evening. Sadly, apologies weren't accompanied by meaningful improvements. What made the experience worse was that we had invited guests. Instead of treating them to a pleasant dinner, we ended up apologizing on behalf of the restaurant. It was genuinely embarrassing. I understand that running a restaurant is difficult. Busy weekends happen. Delays happen. But there's a difference between being busy and being completely unprepared to serve the number of guests you've willingly accepted. So here's my recommendation: If Castle Barbeque offers you a fantastic deal, accept the offer only if your goal is to learn the true meaning of delayed gratification. Otherwise, spend a little more elsewhere. Your time, your money, and your evening deserve far better. The pricing may attract you. The service will test you. The food won't compensate you. Would not recommend.

The buffet was badly placed and there was no setting for anything. Only the tandoori item which was brought to the table was hot and fresh. Otherwise, entire food was cold and dried. There was too much oil in noodles, soup was completely cold and watery. Upon asking waiter that the soup is cold and running texture, he said- “toh fir kya kiya jae” ! I mean is what kind of answer is that??? Absolutely pathetic experience. There were few items missing from the menu and many desserts were finished. Already. They open up at 9.30 pm for dinner and last upto 11.30 pm. We reached around 10pm and this was the scenario. Stone ice cream person and chat person was same and he barely know how to make stone roll ice cream. Waiters were slow and unresponsive! The worst thing was Asian section, they served worst momo ever. I could easily say that the roadside momo stalls are far better than what they served to us! Yucky. Disappointment hit us so hard that we could barely wanted to talk to any of them. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Poor service and not so good food quality. The vibe was a little down and weird. They expect you to know the prices of each and every item on their menu prior to sitting down in the restaurant as their menu is listed on Zomato, as they didnt provide a drinks menu and then surprise you with the price of drinks with apparently a service charge on Diet coke as well. These remark was given by the manager and a person named Abhay

Worst place I have seen in my life. Even though I didn’t finished the food and ask them to take the bill immediately. They didn’t even have a courtesy to ask that anything wrong with food. I use a word on their face that we are not here to eat GOBAR. But damn they were relax and took the entire bill. Zomato should de list such nonsense and worst place from their platform.

The rates provided during booking and actual billing had the variance. It is mentioned in Zomato during booking as Rs. 1000 for 2 persons whereas the actual bill was 1349+taxes per head. This is not correct. The food was short during the buffet dinner. The food tasted average.

They have levied staff contribution charges without my consent and then saying that it's voluntary service charge, kindly take it seriously because both are illegal
