it was very crowded today and service was not proper. During starter it self we have to wait for 15-20 mins between each serving and due to which I moved to manager for help and after that it was improved but not adequately. The main course item was also not filled over time in the basket and a lot of hustle and efforts need to be put in to get your plates filled. Music was too loud and AC was not helping as inside it's very crowded.

I had a very disappointing experience at your restaurant. The food quality was poor and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the ambience was not pleasant—it felt uncomfortable and did not create a welcoming dining environment. Cleanliness and overall upkeep also need improvement. Considering the prices, the experience was not worth it. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving your service, quality, and ambience.

Pathetic service , cheap food quality & smelly furniture !! They are just attracting customer with 50% discount but when you start ordering they will say this is not included in offer ( for us they told drinks are not part of offer) #saveyourmoney

Castle Barbeque is disappointing—bland food and poor service compared to other BBQ spots in town. Not worth the price when better options offer far superior taste and experience.

service was worst..no one was there to serve the starter. AC was not working . They charged 1199 per buffet but original price was 1049.
